Most importantly: the bed was perfect, big and very comfortable, beddings and bed linen looked brand new and super fresh. We liked the room, we stayed in a blue room and it was nice. The staff were helpful and very nice. Also the location was perfect. We easily travelled to Cinque Terre, Porto Venere and Lerici. Also La Spezia had a lot to offer.

The closet could be a bit larger. And maybe shampoo quality could be a bit more better and I would change the dispenser for the hand soap. But those are very minor things, we might as well not count it.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Coffee machine and kettle provided in room. Light and airy. Beds comfortable. No noise heard from other apartments. Perfect location and not far to walk from station. Staff were amazing. Thank you everyone.

Great location, between train station and city center Very helpful and friendly staff, we left our luggage at their office, went to visit Cinque Terre and got back in the evening. They already moved our bags from their office to the room and we easily self checked in Very nice room, spacious Complementary water was a nice gesture (sometimes 4 star hotels don't do that)

A bit of a funky smell coming from the bathroom at some points, but no deal breaker, fixed by closing the door. It is somehow expected from an older building

we had a very pleasant stay at this guest house. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and experience. The room was compact but well designed, with all the essentials provided. It had a freshly renovated look and tasteful, cozy and welcoming decor. Perfect place for a few days stay.

Nothing worth mentionning

The room was clean, very comfortable and around the size I thought it would be from the photos! The process for checking in and out was easy and seamless. It was an ideal location for us - less than 10 mins walk to La Spezia station so very easy taking the train for the airport and travelling to Cinque Terre. Really enjoyed the stay overall and glad we chose to book here. Thank you!

Wow amazing place love it Clean, amazing customer service and any time the answer all my questions immediately, the location is awesome waiting destiny from the train station and the ferry, to take you to Cinque Terre and is located in the center of La Spezia with restaurants store and laundromat as family we recommend it and we definitely stay in this amazing place. Good location, just within 10 mins walk from the train station. Trains to Cinque Terre come frequently so it is very easy to get there. The room is nice and clean.

The check-in time of 2:30pm - 6:30pm is short and you must go to the staff office within this period for getting the key. If you would like to store your luggage after check-in, you must inform the staff by 9pm the day before which reduce the flexibility of your travel a bit.

Very nice room and the staff who checked us in were wonderful. Very helpful in helping us find parking and understanding the area. We were pleasantly surprised with the location of this property, very central, close to the main lively area of La spezia and a short walk to the train for Cinque Terre. Super market right under the building, and everything you require at your door step. We will be coming back here (to both La Spezia and the accommodation) in the future.

Lovely bathroom, spacious and comfortable room; it had everything I needed. The location is perfect! It's away from crowded parts of town but not difficult to reach on foot.

The type of accommodation (office in one building, room in another) is odd to me, but staff were very helpful explaining in English to me how to get around. Window doesn't open wide, not a great view outside.

Apartment in the city center, near many restaurants and bars. Less than 10 min to central station by walk. It s nice that was there lift. It is possible to garage your car , but its a little bit expensive( 25 E per night)

In the apartment should be some dishes, glasses.
