The accommodation is a 5-min walk from the train station La Spezia Centrale. The closet is huge and we absolutely loved it!! We could make anytime tea or coffee in the room, and the AC was working really well. The apartment is in the city center where you can eat and shop everywhere. It was also very nice that we had a mini-bar where we could store our food that we bought from a supermarkt near the apartment.

We didn’t like it that the room wasn’t cleaned the next day. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but at least the room could have been vaccuumed and our towels weren’t changed the next day. And also the light in the entrance hall inside of the apartment turns off automatically and you don’t have enough time to enter inside the room. We mostly used our flashlight to see when the light changed off. But overall a good room and location.

The room and bathroom is modern and nice although quite small. A large suitcase is a problem. The room is one of five in what appears to be a converted apartment. Access to the room on the third floor is via stairs or a tiny elevator. Breakfast is in a cafe down the road, which was nice. Parking in the area is very difficult. Some pay spots exist if you’re lucky enough to get one while the rest is for residents with permits. We never met the host and only communicated via WhatsApp, but that worked fine.

The room is so comfortable and quiet, it's excellent for students and business travelers, Valentina she's so kind and friendly, she will check if everything is good and she'll do her best to help you if you have any requirements or questions! , so if you're looking for a comfortable place and friendly staff , I highly recommend it ! also I loved the security the building and rooms have! and for such an ideal location of la spezia ,the price is excellent !👌

there's not anything that I didn't like specifically truly, everything were on it's own place, I just wish if It had a small kitchen to cook in the building , since I'm tired of eating outside ! rather than this everything was quite perfect! 👍

The host was wonderful, providing us information and an iron when we requested one. The room was very clean and located in a perfect spot in La Spezia. Security entrance and lift and small balcony. Tea making facilities and a welcome bundle.

Bed and pillows could be more comfortable.

We liked the Location in a calm neighborhood, a close walking distance from the train station Basically it is a room with a minibar, closet, a desk and a bathroom/shower - Basics for a short trip Coffee, tea and a kettle were perfect to settle in.

The mattress wasn't very comfy, cleanliness wasn't on point, but Valentina was very reactive to fix things.

The room is spacious and very well located if you want to go to Cinqueterre or explore La Spezia. The check in was very simple. Neighborhood is safe and close to supermarkets and restaurants. There is a small fridge and AC.

The room electricity depended on the key card which we had to take with us when we left the room, which caused the small fridge to turn off every time we left. It was not a big deal.but would have been helpful to have fresh drinks when we arrived after a long day.

Perfect location near to the walking streets, convenient stores, shopping and lotsa eateries. Room is comfortable for two but could be challenging if they have more than 1 big luggage to be opened..

Nothing much we don’t like .. if I have to mention one point it would be that the kettle is not cleaned, I believed it has calcium stains.

Clean room and nicely decorated. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Very convenient for the train station with easy access to Cinque Terre villages. Plenty of shops and restaurants/bars around - can particularly recommend Biolino (very close to the property) for both breakfast (American style and continental) and dinner. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Room rather small with no floor space to open a suitcase without blocking the entry way. Luckily the wardrobe was large enough to keep the suitcase inside there . Obviously not a critique of the property itself but it is located in a side street which at night is very dark and the area felt rather shady with some odd characters hanging around so as a single female traveller I felt a bit unsafe.

Perfect location. Host is fantastic. Valentina is very responsive. Whether it be to fix something or for tips on where to go. Always helpful. My wife and I loved our stay. Easy access to trains to access Cinque Terre. Would stay again!

Great location in La Spezia. Close to the train station and good restaurants. Quick and speedy communication with the staff. Would recommend.

Can be a bit noisy depending on the other guests. Otherwise a fantastic stay :)
