One of the best places I have ever been to, the biggest advantage is the location, 5 minutes to main train station, next to the street with all the restaurants and cafes, and there is a carrefour across the street if you want to go grocery shopping! Even though it’s very close to the big roundabout the noise is not a problem When it comes to the apartment itself I couldn’t ask for more! We were for just a week and we had our room cleaned twice including changing sheets and towels I really enjoyed this stay!!

The location is a very short walk to the train station. The hosts were very communicative on WhatsApp. The room was unusual (rough concrete floors) but well laid out. The hosts were generous with some goods in the room.

The location is very noisy. It’s on the corner of Piazza St Bon and Via XX Settembre. The via is a main road. Even on the 5th floor with windows closed, you will near noisy motorcycles, sirens, cars with loud music. It is not possible to sleep here without earplugs.

A lovely, clean, well-apointed room. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, which was a godsend because it was 40°C outside. In my room it was a lovely 22°C. I was charmed by the complimentary half bottle of wine. The bed was great, the sheets clean and changed every day. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to stream my own shows through the readily available chromecast.

The rooms are located on the fifth in an old Italian apartment building. The elevator is tiny. That is to say, if you're afraid of tiny elevators, or unwilling to climb ten flights of stairs, these rooms might not be for you.

Everything was more than perfect at Affittacamere Joss. Check-in was well described by the host and super easy. The room was clean, beautifully designed, comfortable and very quiet. We appreciated the little extras: hot water kettle, coffee & tea, and a small refrigerator. The view from the room was stunning! The building is central in a safe neighbourhood, close to the train station, shopping, and the beach. Thank you Beatrice for everything.

It is in a fantastic position, many restaurants & cafes nearby, supermarket across the road, 5 minutes walk to station, easy walk to the harbour.

Being an old building it has a small creaky old lift, no good if you don't like small spaces as you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs

Great location approx 5 min walk from the train station and we had contact with the host via what’s app with perfect instructions on how to do the self check in and she also let us check in earlier and leave our luggage so we could go to cinque terre. Nice view from the window and no noice from outside the street.

It was a bit of noice coming from outside our door when other guests came to their room but it was okey

Great location - less than 5 minute walk from the train station. There is a lift up to the 5th floor where the rooms are. Floor was not tiled but that was not an issue. Room was large, beds were comfy, blanket was cozy, aircon worked well, they gave complimentary water, and the hair dryer was really powerful.

Decor was sparse as the floors were untiled and the toilet walls as well but not an issue at all with comfort.

big spacious room, very comfortable bed. location is just awesome 5 minutes walk from central station so it was easy for me and my husband carrying suitcase and our baby. host is very nice and professional. very quick to response. had issue with kettle. she promptly sent a brand new kettle by someone straight away. will definitely stay here again if I come to la spezia.

That place was perfect, Location is around 5 mins walk from the train station. The room is spacious, AC was good, the bathroom was very clean and there was a kitchenette with a cooker and cooking pans, and all of that for a very good price. I rate that place 10/10

Very close to La Spezia train station. Was provided with excellent instructions on how to get up to the Affittacame. Room very spacious and clean. Great in-room facilities provided. Bathroom was clean.
