A very spacious room with high soaring ceilings, located a short walk away from the La Spezia central station, and within walking distance of many attractions. Located in an old building, but with modern amenities to make the stay comfortable and cosy. The host, Vilma, was very warm and attentive (going above and beyond in helping us get back into our room when we accidentally left our keys inside), as well as giving plenty of tips on sightseeing and how to get around, and providing a lovely welcome pack for our stay. I would love to stay here again when I revisit La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

Arrived on a very hot Sunday afternoon into La Spezia and was so pleased that Vilma checked us in early and buzzed us into the cool courtyard area to wait until she arrived to gives us our room key and the tour of the room - was greatly appreciated We had a small balcony which was lovely to allow the cool air into the room and sit out once the heat of the day had gone. Was easy walking distance down to the ferries to Cinque Terra and also to the train station. Heaps of food areas around for breakfast and dinner

The apartment is within easy walking distance from the train station approx 5mins. It is within a large building on the second floor, there is an elevator, it is so cool when you step inside from the heat, Vilma met us early and allowed us to check in , her husband very kindly helped us with our luggage, the red room was beautiful very large with very high ceiling which meant the room stayed cool, everything was within easy walking distance, there was a cafe just outside and many many restaurants on the same street with many shops also close, it was only a short walk to the ferry port which we took out to PortoVerner which is fabulous. The bathroom is very spacious modern and spotless clean. There is a small fridge and a small kettle in the room and the beds are very, very comfortable. Vilma was extremely helpful and a very friendly lady and advised us on restaurants etc. We visited the Chinque Terre from here. Just a few minutes to the towns by train. I can definitely recommend this property.

Property is a 5 minute walk to La Spezia train station and so close by to many restaurant options. The room was clean and very spacious and the balcony overlooked the main square which we loved. Hosts were really friendly and helpful with recommendations and happy with everything provided - would recommend staying!

Only thing I can suggest is a full length mirror in the room - everything else was perfect! 😊

The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the station and the main part of the town where there were lots of bars and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable and Vilma was very friendly and always available to help us with any enquires.

Room is in a lovely old building - close to the train station, cafes, supermarkets and shops. Spacious, spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. Greeted in person and given lots of information about the local area

Amazing location only a very short walk to La Spezia Centrale making travel to the cinque Terre very convenient. Vilma and Sergio were wonderful hosts. Very happy to be contacted for any questions we had and offered great tips on places to visit/eat etc.

Of course it’s personal preference for each individual but the mattress was not particularly to my taste. But this was not an issue and would definitely still stay again

The room was beautiful, all the decorations were on point and it was very comfortable. The shower was great. And the location could be better, walking distance from the train station and from all the shops and restaurants. The host was super sweet and helpful!!!

Loved everything.

We loved everything! One of the best stays we have had in Italy, is an old historic building in a great location, a mix of old and new. The have elevator, is very close to train station, parking, and we were surrounded by stores, restaurants and more. The apartment was very clean, very good size, the bathroom was very big! Vilma and her husband were amazing and very helpful.
