The staff were all lovely people very willing to make your stay pleasant. The hotel and all the were spotlessly clean. Bedrooms very comfortable perhaps a touch small but very nice. Highly recommend for short stay.

The hotel was so close to the train station and to the main shopping street. The area around the hotel (outside) felt super safe and clean which is always important. The staff was extremely helpful with giving great advise on what to do for fun day trips. Lastly, the room definitely exceeded my expectations because it looked much nicer than the images I saw on booking.com. Really nice wood details mixed with a modern look. Great sized bathroom with really good shower pressure. Comfy bed with great pillows. I would stay here again for sure.

I wish there was complimentary water in the fridge but that’s not going to stop me from giving them 5 stars.

Met with friendly receptionist and the hotel is super close to the train station (2 minute walk to the left as you exit). We needed to check out of our previous hotel rather early and Hotel Venezia kindly held our bags at 9:30am until we could check in at 3pm. We returned in the afternoon and someone had already brought our bags up to our room. The room was clean, had all the amenities you need including AC, 4 pillows for a queen bed, a safe, and a small refrigerator as well as an actual working towel bar that heated up. It’s super close to numerous restaurants in downtown La Spezia. The booking.com site doesn’t indicate breakfast being included, but it is and it’s open 7:30-9:30. It’s not a buffet-you sit down and a server brings you a croissant, cake, roll, yogurt, juice, water and your choice of coffee. Cereal, cookies and pastry toppings are also available. For the location, friendly staff, AC, free breakfast, and decent room, I would recommend staying here!

The locks on both the main door and bathroom door locked, but were a bit fidgety as they’re very old. Shower is tiny.

The hotel (which was completed renovated, everything is very new and modern) is localed very close to the railway station. The breakfast is nice, the room was superb too. The hotel is about 20-25 min walking to the harbor, where the boats to cinque terre depart. If you prefer to go by train, so it is about 5 min. But I recomend to go by boat, it was a very nice experience. About 10-15 min walking from the hotel (directions to the harbor) you can find lot of restaturants. There are other restaurants nearby hotel (2-3 min). I have stayed only 1 night. There are lift and Air Conditioning at the room

I was driving by Italy so I have tried to book the car park from hotel. They have only 3 spaces and they are booked when I have tried. I parked at railway station but it is very expensive (almost double of the hotel price)

free continental breakfast. location just a few minutes walk outside old town, 10-15 min walk to harbour and close to train station. Hotel seems to be newly renovated. bright airy lounge, good size room & bathroom very clean comfy beds. very nice & helpful staff. Would stay again if going back.

Nothing but the hotel should get a better picture on Booking.com. The current one is not fair to the hotel. Looks much better in reality

Everything, the staff especially Erika who is so nice and helpful .She gives you all the information you need from the first day with a list of restaurants and train time table.with a beautiful smile.There is also Marta and Fortuna,they all made our stay in the hotel and visiting cinque terre easy and and enjoyed every moment. Thank you all.We recommend this hotel for sure.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to train station and town , reception staff was friendly and polite Simple Breakfast was nice and sufficient to start the day. But I would to suggest that they don't serve the same cake everyday, cos after two days you just don't want to eat the cake anymore. Should try to serve toast or boiled eggs instead. Plain croissant was nice and fresh and many jam options to spread on it .

Breakfast can be improved by not serving the same flavour cake everyday. After two days. You don't want to eat anymore. Suggestions: Maybe change the flavour alternate day or served boiled eggs or other flavour pastry instead.

Nice hotel in a very good position for using the trains every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was an unexpected bonus and was good quality.

Because it is close to the railway, there is constantly noise from the trains - if you want the location you have to accept the noise too! Also music from neighbouring restaurants and bars could be heard clearly even when windows were closed. Something to be aware of but not enough to spoil my stay

The staff! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Very clean and very comfortable hotel and room. Nicely decorated. Ideal location: so near the railway station but amazingly quiet. Also it felt very safe. Last but not least, nice breakfast included.

We had a lovley time, it’s small but clean and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Location is brilliant, about 200 meters from the railway station and 1,6 km from the harbour, and in between is the city centre. And an Italian breakfast was also included with cake, juice, coffee and yougurt. I would definitely recommend it :)
