Location was perfect. Walking distance to train station and town , reception staff was friendly and polite Simple Breakfast was nice and sufficient to start the day. But I would to suggest that they don't serve the same cake everyday, cos after two days you just don't want to eat the cake anymore. Should try to serve toast or boiled eggs instead. Plain croissant was nice and fresh and many jam options to spread on it .

Breakfast can be improved by not serving the same flavour cake everyday. After two days. You don't want to eat anymore. Suggestions: Maybe change the flavour alternate day or served boiled eggs or other flavour pastry instead.

Nice hotel in a very good position for using the trains every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was an unexpected bonus and was good quality.

Because it is close to the railway, there is constantly noise from the trains - if you want the location you have to accept the noise too! Also music from neighbouring restaurants and bars could be heard clearly even when windows were closed. Something to be aware of but not enough to spoil my stay

We had a lovley time, it’s small but clean and fresh. Staff is very friendly. Location is brilliant, about 200 meters from the railway station and 1,6 km from the harbour, and in between is the city centre. And an Italian breakfast was also included with cake, juice, coffee and yougurt. I would definitely recommend it :)

Perfect location, steps from the station and the main street, if you arrive by train the hotel is half a block away, easy to locate due to its blue color. Breakfast in the lobby with a variety of options and delicious coffee, well attended by the staff. You can also store your bicycles in the garage for free. Recommended 100%

Everything. The ladies were super nice and helpful. They also have room to leave your bags which is very nice. Will comeback again to this hotel if I go to La spezia again.

the washroom had a bit funky smell but it wasn't bad at all. Just close the door and it was fine. It was very clean. The front desk only til 10 I think. So, after that no front desk, It was a bit down with it but I stayed only 1 night.

The location was perfect. Just a quick walk to the city center and a 2 minute walk to the train station. We were traveling to the Cinque Terre and it was perfect. Clean, nice staff.

The room was kind of small, like in a cruise ship. But clean and we had everything we needed.

Everything! Perfect location. It is within walking distance to train station, supermarket, ferry port, shops and restaurants. Train station is within sight from the hotel entrance. Breakfast is plentiful with croissant, cake, yoghurt, coffee, juice, and choice of biscuits. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sylvia who gave us good recommendation and directions. Supernice staff, very friendly and helpful! The rooms were cleaned well and the buildings were very modern. The breakfast was better than expected with many options to choose from. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!

The proximity to the train station, the availability to park our car 20 euro a day and close walk to rhe ferry terminal, (500 metres) restaurants and shops. The staff are lovely.

Maybe a little more variety for breakfast. However, it was free, and I did enjoy my coffee and crossaint. Probably all you need, really.

The location of the hotel just perfect! A few minutes walk from Central Station. And very close to city center, shops and restaurants. Hotel really clean and every day cleaning service. The Ladies in reception very kind and helpful. Soon I will back there!

Every day the same breakfest. Would be nice to have wider menu.
