The location was great! The Tavern below requires a reservation but we were able to reserve without a problem. It was so delicious (amazing beer and food) that we ended up eating there two nights of the three nights we were staying there. This place is a total gem. The room decor is so nice and everything felt very personalized. My name was handwritten on a note pinned to the door when we arrived. It felt safe in the area and was such a short walk to the train station to visit Cinque terre. Many cafes, shops, and restaurants in the immediate area.

Make sure to check your email before arriving so that you go to the right check in spot. You have to check in at the cantina which is a three minute walk away. We walked quite a bit with heavy luggage not knowing this. There is also no elevator in the building which is fine because the rooms are on the second floor. Also the water heater is tiny, so long hot showers are not possible.

The room is attractively decorated. A good working fridge, plus easy to use coffee machine in lobby. Heated towel rail a bonus. Small balcony adds to the sense of space. Busy and sometimes noisy area - but room well soundproofed

Had to carry suitcase up and down three flights of stairs because the lift was out of action for the first floor. Check-in - at a shop - meant to be 14.00. But delayed without explanation until after 15.00. Also should have been clearer about need to send photo of ID document; was unable to do so while travelling there by train without access to wi-fi.

Our stay was wonderful. The room decor and cleanliness was great. We enjoyed the balcony and proximity to the train station, and many restaurants and activities nearby such as the Naval Museum and Marina. The furnishings were all in very good condition and you could tell the attention to detail with the room design. It was very quiet from the other rooms and you could not hear the taverna below at all even though we were the first room above it. This was perfect for us after a long day trip spent in Cinque Terre. Getting the room key was easy and it is a good system for entry and exit. Staying here was so comfortable and perfect for what we needed!

I would add a small mini-fridge in the room where the garbage can is. It would be very nice to have a second set of curtains in addition to the existing blackout curtains that you can use to allow light in but not see through. Otherwise, I wouldn’t change anything. It’s well worth the visit!

The hotel is at a convenient location, close to the train station, and the city centre, but not in a street that's too busy. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfectly nice. The hosts are incredibly nice people!

We would have liked a little bit more space to put our stuff. In the bathroom only a bar stool was provided where we placed our toiletries, and the bedroom did have a rack for hanging our clothes, but no actual closet. It would have been nice to put our clothes somewhere.

The room was spacious enough and also interior design was appealing. The location is also good.. The central station is a approx 10 minutes walk. Its in city center so many restaurants and shops are on the way to the room. Would highly recommend for budget stay near cinque Terre.

The check-in information was not clear enough. It is mentioned that check-in is at 10 or 10:30 AM i guess. We had planned accordingly, but after reaching the check-in location they said check-in is not possible until 14:00. And also checkin location is a bit far.

Good location for the ferry to Cinque Terre and to the city centre. Good security, and we were given good instructions for entry. The lady at the check in place was extremely helpful in helping us to drop our luggage at the property even though it was not yet cleaned. She also gave useful information about the local transport.

We were extremely lucky to get a parking spot as the property is in a small back street off a decent nightlife street. There was some confusion about time of availability of the room.

Stylish room, comfortable bed, good shower. Liked the coffee pods left for us in our room and kettle with sachets if tea/coffee if we needed them. Having a fridge was great. An iron and mini ironing board was really useful too. The location was excellent, right in the town centre and 10 mins walk to the port

Downside was the parking. Parked in Stazione Centrale on arrival 5pm until 10 next day- cost us 32€. Next day parked further away on streets nearer the port 8pm -8am for free and moved car beforehand. If other channels other than Italian were available on TV - would be better for international travellers

Absolutely loved this accommodation and was amazed at what we got for the price we paid. The location is very central so you’ve got loads to do on your doorstep. The room itself is lovely and big and has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again if I return to la spezia.

We didn’t get instructions on how to re-enter the outside building so had to ask the bar man in the bar downstairs who sort of laughed at us like we were being a bit stupid. Was probably just a small oversight as we received all other instructions just not how to enter the main building as originally someone buzzes you in.

Excellent location - 10 minute walk to La Spezia station and around 5/10 minute walk to bars / restaurants / shops Lovely staff - so welcoming, helpful and polite Cute rustic room - lovely little rooms, the cleaner did an amazing job at cleaning and she was so lovely (let us put our bags in and get changed from travelling clothes)

Whenever you flush the toilet or use the shower there was a loud noise (not sure what this was)

During the 2 days my wife and I spent here, we were very impressed with everything this facility had to offer. Every detail was carefully considered, making for a perfect and comfortable stay. We were very sad to leave the city of La Spezia and this facility. We would like to extend our separate thanks to the owner and all the staff for their interest and hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
