Exceptional!! A 2 night visit to La Spezia. As a family, we did research before booking and this was high on our list. It did not disappoint. The office staff were outstanding and comms were great through the Booking.com message service. There were a couple of very minor issues and the staff resole these immediately. Once again, exceptional customer service. The location is also amazing. It is right in the heart of La Spezia - for shops, restaurants and bars. It's also a 5 minute walk to the Harbour. Finally, the apartment. Extremely high quality. The best bed I think I've ever slept on whilst travelling!! Book this place with absolute confidence if you visit La Spezia

There was one very slight thing - I was certainly not prepared to mark this down from a 10 to a 9. However just thought I'd mention it in the interests of helping others. The only real 'lounging' space is in the kitchen area. A large breakfast bar type table with stools. Absolutely fine for us and most others. However, if someone was booking for a week and expecting an area with sofa's, it isn't for you (unfortunately!!). This apartment has the feel of a high quality hotel suite though - so you shouldn't really be put off, unless it really matters.

The property is in a great location, situated on the restaurant and shopping street which is not open to vehicles. It’s only a short 10 minute walk from the train station. A couple of supermarkets nearby and many cafes and restaurants to chose from. The staff were very friendly when we collected the keys, and even followed up the following day with a message asking if we needed anything or any recommendations for restaurants or things to do etc..

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about this property. Everything was as expected.

Very well situated, easy checkin. Quiet even if it is on a crowded street

We stayed in February so the tiled floor was very cold especially since the only heat source is the AC and they couldn’t provide disposable slippers on our request. We had only one key so if you want to leave the appartment separately, the light will go off. It’s true we didn’t ask for extra key but it is to be considered for others maybe.

Spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 for a midweek break. Apartment is well equip and clean. We loved the location, we could explore La Spezia and also be at the train station in ten minutes. If you stay here, you must visit ‘La Pia’ (two minutes walk away) for a traditional Italian meal/experience. There’s also an amazing bakery just a few doors up from the apartment. Great communication for our stay!

Very spacious, clean and well designed luxurious apartment with everything you might need, right in the center of a bustling little port city. The hosts were nothing short of amazing. They were very accommodating and helped us pick a lovely restaurant that only heightened the experience of our one night stay. Highly recommended!

There’s very little to dislike. Just make sure to read the hosts instructions carefully and that parking can be a challenge, but not impossible.

Everything from start to finish was great. The host met us at the office, explained everything and walked with us to the apartment. She answered all of our questions and was super nice. The apartment was fantastic; clean, spacious, perfect location, well stocked kitchen, very quiet even though it is on a busy street. The AC worked great. There was even a washing machine which we needed after 10 days on the road. I would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

No improvements needed.

It was difficult having to find parking, then going to the hotel to collect the keys but that is to no fault of the hotel. It's just due to the crowdedness of the city. They helped me by reserving a parking in the parking garage which was great! Everything was centrally located. We would like to stay here again if we come back to visit.

Just didn't like having to find the parking to get there and then having to find parking after check out to leave keys back.

Great, modern, well equipped apartment. Hosts were very helpful and friendly, they met us on check in, explained everything about the apartment and possible excursions. Located at the heart of la Spezia, on pedestrian area BUT from a 1min walk from a parking area so it was not a problem at all with our very heavy luggage. And even though there was no lift it was easy to carry the bags to the apartment located on the 1st floor.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of town. La Spezia itself was a great spot to stay and then do day trips from. The apartment was clean and modern and had everything you needed. The air conditioning couldn't have been better, with three units you could come back to a cool apartment after a long hot day out. The staff were especially friendly and were quick to respond on booking.com.

The apartment was a little bit hard to find initially, only because when you put it into Google maps it takes you down the other side of the lane. We did find it fairly quickly, but google maps needs updating.

Apartment was very good. Whatever showed on the post was very accurate. Staff introduced us to the apartment and did a brief orientation which was helpful

Location. It’s 6 min walk from station to the office and another 10m walk to apartment. But with all the baggage it took close to 20 min. The walk with trolley luggage was quite difficult.
