Owner is very friendly and helpful . She went out of her way and beyond to make our stay really comfortable. The place is very clean , better than the photos . Better still there is cleaning everyday, coffee machine and a laundry service if needed. We can’t fault this place . Great location near thaw train station , main town and a grocery store just be hide the building. Stay for 5 nights and felt really safe, walking in the back alley way. Will definitely stay again.

Guisy is a brilliant, attentive and helpful host. Any query was answered quickly. We arrived on the day before a national train strike, and decided as a result after talking and getting advice from Guisy to miss the crowds of the Cinque Terre and instead take a bus to Porto Verene, Lerici and Tellaro. These small villages were just spectacular, so we were very happy with our decision. The room itself was modern, comfortable and definitely had the feminine touch/attention to detail. The accommodation is an easy walk from the train station. I would go back anytime for a longer stay.

There was nothing really to say as a negative. If I had to be really picky and find a negative, all I would mention is that it was quite far from the waterfront area. We knew this upfront, so it was no issue for us, but maybe it would be for older guests. The only negative was I didn't stay longer.

Good location close to train and main square of old town. Access was also easy with a code and not many stairs to climb. Very roomy quarters with a little balcony. Coffee machine and capsules and electric jug for tea was a wonderful touch.

The coffee machine and electric jug is great to have on offer but for those of us who have milk with our tea and coffer this should also be included or provided as well as sugar which was also missing. No scenic views but enough lifestyle to observe from the balcony

If you are up for a luxurious super chilled stay next to the train station and the city center this room is for you. It has everything you need for you stay and it's location is super convenient if you are planning to visit 5 terre. Definetely reccomend this one!

Property is in good location, near the train station where you can take a train direct to cinque Terre. Communication with the host over booking.com app was easy and efficient. We were able to park our car in a secure (paid separately in cash) car park. Room had a lot of thoughtful touches such as toothbrushes, some complimentary soft drinks, body wash and shampoo. AC was there and worked, also in the room a small fridge. There’s a cafe and bigger supermarket nearby. Good value for money and all in all good experience.

Easy check in, parking facility, great staff, great location (just 10 minutes walk from the La Spezia station to get to Cinque Terre), and very clean room.

The AC was not working properly, it probably needed its gas to be changed. Also, we had no idea how to open the window shades, which was needed, because the room was kind of dark during the day.

Juizzie answered the phone right away and was immediately helpful. As well, she spoke some english which I needed. Very pleasant woman and easy location to walk to the train station. I left clothes in my room, and she packaged them up and forwarded them to my next location. I left things behind and she

If i could rate this place better then 10 i would, we made a last minute booking and were just dropping by La Spezia for the night... when we arrived it was easy access, clean and the room was so adorable! Perfect for a couple looking for a romantic night in La spezia. It was only short walk to centrum to see the life of the town, but in a quiet area. The hostage was really nice and helpful by message, would definitely stay there again ❤️🙏

This much loved guest house is in easy walking distance from the train station and makes a great jumping off point for visiting Cinqueterre. The staff are so kind that everyone leaves loved notes on the bulletin board. Clean, comfortable rooms. Highly recommend.

This guesthouse exceeded all expectations! Everything was available for use so there was no need to bring toiletries. The room was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable, it was the best night's sleep we had had in days! The location was pretty good too, only around 10 mins from the train station. It was lovely, it had such a welcoming atmosphere and the owner was so sweet, she replied immediately when we had any questions, which was useful. The check-in experience was smooth too, and the personalised name plates on the door were a nice little touch. I would 100% stay in this guesthouse if I ever visit again! :)
