the breakfast was outstanding, view from the balcony was lovely. welcome drinks in reception whenever we came back was very welcome.

I wish we were told about Pool and beach towels at check in, paying a positive deposit was not a problem but we would have taken advantage of these earlier on in our stay if we had known.

What’s not to like? This hotel gets in right in all areas. Location is perfect, right on the front and central. Beautifully warm pool with great hydro-jets all round it. Good varied breakfast (I’m vegan and there was plenty I could eat, which isn’t always the case in continental hotel buffet breakfasts) that goes on until noon - why don’t more hotels realise this is what people want?? (also cava was part of the free breakfast, not that I went for it). Really helpful and friendly staff. Very comfy beds, room perfectly clean. Beautiful bathroom.

I’m really struggling to think of anything I didn’t like. We were on the fourth floor and the water pressure to the shower wasn’t great; our friends on the lower levels said theirs were very powerful so just ask for a lower floor when you book I guess). My husband would have liked the pool to be bigger as he likes to do lengths but that’s not something you get in central Sitges.

The staff were so helpful. On arrival there had been a mix up with the booking.com preferences and they took the time to help us and get the room set up as a twin rather than a double. They were incredibly friendly and made us feel incredibly welcome. Although we didn't use the pool it looked very cute from the balcony, but with the beach right in front of the hotel we went there instead. The location is amazing! The hotel also has a little terrace with a bar on the roof and you even got a complimentary glass of cava overlooking the sea. Beautiful! We were so impressed with the breakfast too, all the fruits, pastries, cheese and meats you could wish for, a selection of cooked breakfast and egg cooking on demand, as well as more cava and a huge selection of teas, coffees and fruit juices. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Great location, sea view advertised was indeed a lovely sea view! Room very clean & comfortable, plenty of choice for breakfast- all tastes catered for Felt staff could have been a little friendlier & we could have done with a little more information, including pre arrival, eg that the pool is heated & so is comfortable for a dip even out of the main summer season It’s not a fancy hotel but it’s good value for money & when it’s warmer it’s 5 minutes ( 3 of those to cross the road )to the main beach! Would recommend

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely especially the girls in the breakfast room. Most of the facilities in the hotel are great. Rooftop bar has spectacular views. Very well air conditioned.

Bathroom was far too small for the size of the seafront room. Sink was leaking throughout. Pool area is small and towels were on sun beds from early morning and not always being used! Coffee in reception area is like treacle and needs to be replaced on a regular basis. Coffee not available on the afternoon tea service on the rooftop bar. Would be nice if it was an option. Would be nice if ice machines were located on some of the floors as there is nowhere in the fridge to keep it without melting.

The location of the place is perfect! The beach is across the street and it’s about one block from all of the bars. Despite this, our room was pretty quiet.

The facilities are a bit “no frills.” For example, the mini fridge barely worked and the coffee pods for the nespresso machine were almost never replaced (we were told by front desk staff they would be replaced daily). These things were not a big deal to me. I’m sure if I had mentioned this to the wonderful staff, they would have dealt with it. So that’s on me. Please note, the pool is on the city facing side and the bar is on the ocean facing side. The placement of the photos next to each other on booking gave me the impression that the pool would face the ocean. It does not. Again, a “me issue” more than anything else.

Proximity to the beach and to shopping areas and lovely restaurants. The staff were amazing and the breakfast superb. Tony and Eve on reception were so kind friendly and efficient. Joanne and Claudia in the dining room were exceptional, nothing was an issue. Nerea and Oscar on the rooftop bar were really friendly and efficient. I couldn’t say enough about the friendliness and efficiency of the staff- they were top class.

The decor was slightly dated and we would have liked a set of drawers in the room but that really didn’t bother us much as the location and staff couldn’t have been better.

Staff went above and beyond their duties and could not have been more helpful. A credit to the hotel, especially staff cleaning and at breakfast, Well done girls. Loved the breakfast which was sumptious and varied. Loved eating in the restaurant, very good value for money

Nothing, in respect of the hotel or resort. Not happy with the taxi the hotel arranged to take us back to the airport. Hotel quoted 80 euros for the taxi to the airport and when set off the taxi the driver said the journey would be 90 euros, we told him to take it up with the hotel and refused to pay more than 80 euros and subsequently the journey was a little strained. I think the driver was trying it on, Platjador need to check this out for future guests!!!!!!

Gosh, where do i start? Our stay was amazing! Eva checked us in, who was friendly and very informative. There was a refreshment kiosk with a cold drink, coffee, and fruit. This was available every day. The location was unmatched. Directly over from the beach, restaurants, bars, and easy walk thru the streets. The hotel was quiet and peceful, even being so central. The coastline was an easy walk over to neighbouring beach past the old cathedral. Our room was spotlessly clean with lovely toiletries to use. Huge comfortable bed with terrace. The breakfast was divine with great choices of good, esp for me being GF. We totally recommend.

Love the location..just across from the sea and felt very central for the town. Excellent breakfast..all you could think of to eat and open from 8am-12md which was brilliant. They seemed to think of everything..tissues in the bathroom, lovely toiletries esp body lotion and even proper hangers in the wardrobe!! Lovely free home made lemonade in the entrance hall downstairs and my husband even had a bottle of bubbly for his birthday..thank you! Liked the other freebies too ..glass of cava each during your stay and bottle of wine if you had a meal there. Well done all! Good air con and lovely balcony area which was a good size. Got to love our city view..saw something different every day! Yes, some people may find it noisy at night due to the noise of ‘pub life’, but we loved it - nice to see/hear a town thriving!! The door and aircon shut out any noise..we slept very well at night.
