The location was excellent, right in the center, as was the breakfast, plentiful and varied. Convenient parking within walking distance, although very expensive.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (room 307), the single bed next to it was full of ants, as was the bathroom.

Location location location, close to all sights within walking distance hotel, excellent breakfast. Above all the stars this hotel are personnel front desk. They were helpful with cheerful attitude, truly wonderful to interact with.

Garden area needs upkeep. Property looks a little dated in need of better upkeep. There is small elevator to reach rooms upper floors but there are steps at entrance which can be a problem for wheel chair users. A small ramp would be great and this should be disclosed in hotel details. Overall we would come back and recommend hotel

I really loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly & so helpful. It is so clean and the decor is nice. I liked my room size & location which was by the street behind the hotel. It was vibrant and I loved the noise from the pizzeria, I opened the door to hear it (when it was closed you couldn’t hear anything). The other guests were mostly male couples, they made me feel very safe and were very friendly which was so great as I was travelling alone. They gave me advice as to where to go at night and how to keep myself safe. I loved the location of the hotel. So many good restaurants, patisserie, boutiques & gelateria right there. Very close to the train station and to the beaches. The breakfast is amazing!!

Breakfast had a great selection. The room was adequate in size. The location was perfect for the beach and the bars & restaurants. The train station was a short walk away, which worked well for a day trip to Barcelona just 30 minutes away. It was a great place for a short break

Only grumble was that the streets are so narrow that the person in the apartment opposite our room watched the TV until 5am every morning, with it blasting! Sleeping with the window open wasn't an option and the room had no air con. We ended up buying ear plugs. Next time I will pay the extra to get a room overlooking the pool area. The fact I am saying next time tells you how much of a non issue it was. Not the hotels faults at all. They moved our room, but sadly only to the one directly above. Pay extra and get the quieter pool view.

This hotel is a real gem - and quite surprising from the outside. The door from the street is unassuming, but then you enter the lovely reception, and go further to the pool area which is what really makes this hotel stand out. As gay travellers, this couldn't have been a better choice. Minutes walk from the gay bars and restuarants. About 10mins from Balmins beach. But then to also be so central and have use of a really lovely pool is perfect for lazy mornings. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast choice exceptional. I will definitely return to Sitges, and won't consider staying anywhere else.

The rooms/bathrooms are pretty basic, but fine. They don't quite feel on a par with the boutique nature of the rest of the hotel. But they are comfortable, and totally adequate.

The location was amazing. It was right in the centre of the town and very close to the beaches, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast was excellent with a large selection for cooked and fresh produce.

During the busy season, getting a sun lounger around the pool was difficult, as everyone rushed at 10 a.m. and had very limited space. We were happy to sit on the beach, so it was not a problem. The bar around the pool and the service were very slow, so we went for afternoon coffee at a local restaurant.

The pool and surrounding sunbathing area was really nice. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and all felt fresh. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Amazing location, so nice to just step out into town and very quick to walk to the beach.

The room wasn't in the best condition, everything felt a bit old, the bathroom was very small and it wasn't the cleanest. VERY thin walls, could hear next doors conversations and snoring! The bed was very very comfy though.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Good location in the centre of town, 5 minutes walk to railway station, 10 minutes to beach. Lovely courtyard with pool and sun loungers. Good sized rooms, clean and modern with good sized bathrooms. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices and fresh ingredients.

Very good breakfast buffet. On our last day, the kitchen prepared a picnic breakfast for us to take to the airport. Exceptional location. El Retiro parking was close and convenient for car rentals. Staff like Beatriz and Claudia were pleasant and ery helpful.

Internet in the room was inconsistent and spotty. Perhaps you can add more English channels.

Breakfast was amazing - such great options. The staff were all so lovely, everyone we met from reception, restaurant and security - thank you all! The location is great, straight onto a pedestrian street, walkable to the beaches and lots of nice shops and restaurants close by.

Parking is a bit of a challenge to find because of tiny one-way streets. I recommend calling the hotel first and asking for directions to the parking area which is only a few mins walk away and heavily discounted for 24hrs but you still have to pay for parking.
