The location was excellent, right in the center, as was the breakfast, plentiful and varied. Convenient parking within walking distance, although very expensive.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (room 307), the single bed next to it was full of ants, as was the bathroom.

Location location location, close to all sights within walking distance hotel, excellent breakfast. Above all the stars this hotel are personnel front desk. They were helpful with cheerful attitude, truly wonderful to interact with.

Garden area needs upkeep. Property looks a little dated in need of better upkeep. There is small elevator to reach rooms upper floors but there are steps at entrance which can be a problem for wheel chair users. A small ramp would be great and this should be disclosed in hotel details. Overall we would come back and recommend hotel

Location Excellent right in the centre of Sitges, minutes walk from the main restaurants, bars and beaches. Very close to railway station and main supermarket Staff all very friendly and helplful Breakfast very good each day Lovely garden / pool area

Bathrooms are showing their age and need refurbishment, painted tiles, with tile paint peeling off Hot water in bathrooms takes a long time to come through Bedrooms could do with an upgrade - all clean but just showing their age Transfer organised by hotel was late on arrival (Had to cancel and pay for a taxi instead), transfer on departure was 30 mins late arriving at the hotel - consider organising your own transfers Would be nice to have the poolside bar open a bit later so you could have a drink before going out to a restaurant for evening meal (Say until 19:00 or 20:00)?

The rooms are perfectly simple with everything that you would need. They are good value for money and the hotel is perfectly located. The staff are very helpful and friendly. the pool area is great.

The pool area would benefit from more sun loungers and less tables and chairs. The pool bar should also be open longer perhaps from 11am till 7pm as the current hours of opening from 12 till 5 are quite restrictive and they only serve cocktails till 4pm. The bar also needs to be better stocked so that classic cocktails can be made. the lady who served us was exceptionally helpful in altering a margarita recipe as she didnt have triple sec or cointreau

Reception staff were excellent

Stayed there for a week with my fiancé and we loved everything about it. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The location couldn’t be better. The breakfast has good variety, fresh fruits and freshly squeezed juices. The staff were friendly and helpful, specially the bartender Malek. He was so attentive and welcoming, he made our stay very pleasant 10/10. We will definitely be back.

The bar closes at 17ish which is a bit early in our opinion, would have been nice to have it open until 19.

Location is fab, all staff are fabulous and happy. 3rd visit this year and won’t be last.

I hate saying anything bad but please do something about the keycard system for the rooms! Back and forth because keys stop working! We know, but not according to receptionist, that were were one of many who had issues! Our friend in had same issues and spoke to others round the pool who were having same issues. It’s not huge but is seriously frustrating. We were told to not keep beside phones - tried that, keep away from bank cards - tried that, were told it was because so warm - I can’t help that and was even told it’s because of the security in the shops the alarms at the doors are de registering the cards with the magnet power. Something must be possible?

Comfortable beds and lovely pillows. The rooms were clean and modern, lovely sheets. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Excellent breakfast. The entrance is lovely and peaceful, a cool haven from the bustling old town.

The pool doesn’t open till 10am which is a shame if one wanted a peaceful early swim. There aren’t enough sun beds for all the guests so there is a rush at 10am!! There wasn’t any AC controls in the room (312) so we assumed it was a central system- fine for early June as we slept with the balcony doors open (until dawn chorus!) but I imagine July/august would be very hot. Strangely there was only water available in the evenings at reception rather than all day. Complimentary water would be have a welcome touch in refillable glass bottles.

The location was fantastic, really close to the train station. Beautiful salt water pool, fantastic mojito's! Amazing staff, hotel located in the heart of the city surrounded by fabulous shops and restaurants and short walk to the beach. We recommend The Marina Sitges restaurant and Karmela Terrasseta for the some of the best food on our trip! Take time to visit the museums as well just a short walk away.. Best location for our last 5 days in spain! Be sure to leave some space in your suitcase!

The elevator is very small so take the stairs if you don't like small spaces.

I really loved this hotel. The staff are very friendly & so helpful. It is so clean and the decor is nice. I liked my room size & location which was by the street behind the hotel. It was vibrant and I loved the noise from the pizzeria, I opened the door to hear it (when it was closed you couldn’t hear anything). The other guests were mostly male couples, they made me feel very safe and were very friendly which was so great as I was travelling alone. They gave me advice as to where to go at night and how to keep myself safe. I loved the location of the hotel. So many good restaurants, patisserie, boutiques & gelateria right there. Very close to the train station and to the beaches. The breakfast is amazing!!

I didn’t like leaving!
