Rooms comfortable and very well equipped. Gorgeous grounds to look out on and explore

The animals in the zoo were not very well cared for, especially the rabbits, with no shelter to fresh hay. I had to refill their filthy water bottle multiple times during my stay as it was completely empty and covered with algae inside. Their nails very very long. The sheep and alpacas needed a hoof trim too.

Beautiful place. Hotel has wide place including its own park, mini zoo, swimming pool, horse stable, well managed garden, elegant building, pretty garden, full of nature, fire place, good food and a bar

nearest shop is about 20 min by car. (or maybe I did not find near one) and swimming pool was too small for over several adult but sauna is good. not much to complaint

Beautiful old building surrounded by nature, water and animals. A morning walk in the property was perfect to make the day better and to appreciate even more the breakfast buffet made of fresh and tasty products. Big choice for a bigger satisfaction. A unique experience that I hope to repeat one day!

One day the cleaning lady came to do the room at 5.30 pm. She was so nice that I didn't care. All the staff was in the mood of the hotel to make you feel relaxed

Nice & quiet on the countryside

It was my second time there. It's a great place to relax. Super comfy rooms, a good restaurant, nice spa and a really friendly staff. Nothing is a problem for them :)

It might be good to train the restaurant service a little bit better, in a four-star restaurant you really should not defend your plate from being taken away when your knife and fork are still crossed ;)

It’s very nicely renovated palace and it’s surrounding buildings. great place for conferences, weddings and for families with kids as there is many things for entertainment - spa, mini zoo, park, horse riding, deer etc. Rooms are pretty big and clean. Great barman is there - so do not hesitate to order cocktails. they plan to open fine dining restaurant and steak bar so the palace will have even offering.

We had a room above restaurant and you could hear the music all the time. It took ages to get warm water in a shower. if you don’t want buffet dinner, menu is very small but as mentioned they plan to open 2other places to eat within the areal.

The staff was very nice, the facilities were good. The food was great.

We love this place. Stuff is super helpful and friendly. The surrendings are magnificent. Breakfast very tasty.

Everything except from the dinner was excellent. This not our first time in this hotel and we knew that food have been better.
