The location was very neat, clean, cozy, very well kept, with flowers and nice decor all over the place. The host made us a very warm welcome, helped us with advice for our trip and did everything to make sure we're happy with our stay. The room was big, had huge wardrobes, a nice balcony, the bed and pillows were comfy and clean. We also liked the breakfast, we ate delicious cakes and good coffee. The bathroom was also very clean. plenty of space, and had heating. There was a beautiful terrace there where you can enjoy sitting outside in the sun or relax. We also had parking, and it was free of charge. We'd love to come back here, and see again the lovely host, Franco, one of the nicest and kindest people we met in an accommodation. I can't recommend enough the place!

The property is everything you would ask for while staying in the Dolomites: -amazing breakfast -right on the slope -amazing owner that made our stay as excellent as possible -quiet and large rooms -superb views from the terrace Will make sure to visit in the summer aswell

I stayed there for 3 nights and I found the room spacious and cozy, with a beautiful view over the mountains. Franco and the entire staff were all very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was also nice!

The place was very clean, and the staff was very very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of food with great variety. The view is great from the patio, and the place is located in a super quiet area away from the main road. You can start hiking right from the backyard up to Puez area; totally worth it if you are in great shape :) if not than better take the lift. Thank you again Franco and the nice lady that serves the breakfast.

Where do I start? The owner, Franco, was welcoming, kind and very helpful. The actual property is pristine, comfortable bed, brilliant room, lots of space and awesome breakfast. Will be coming back next year for sure!
