Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Indoor and outdoor pools. Great location! A few minutes to lifts at La Villa and Corvara. Hotel shuttle is perfect and fast. Beautiful rooms with views and fab bathrooms. World class spa. Exceptional breakfast served till 11:00AM. Bar with entertainment. Wonderful dinners. Après ski cakes and buffet gratis. We had a small problem during our stay. It was rectified fully and promptly. The mark of a truly great place is not just hard how they work to make things perfect, but what happens when something isn’t as expected. I give the Hotel Cristallo very high marks for an exceptional customer experience!!!

Everything is well organized for skiing. Food in the restaurant is just exquisite. It is better than in some Michelin star restaurants. The room was spacious and beautiful. Personal is friendly and helpful. Spa with outdoor swimming pool and aufguss sauna was unforgettable.

Nothing to complain

Gorgeous pool, relaxing rooms, beautiful comfortable rooms with great view to the Dolomites. We specially liked the 20 minutes sauna treatment with fagus and then getting in the cold water at the barrel outside. The massage was amazing too. The service at the reception was great.

We didn’t like the location. It’s too far from the main attractions and corvara doesn’t have a lot to offer restaurants wise. We also didn’t like the fact that the guy who was in charge of the dining hall kept saving us every morning and every night the same table inside and saved the ones outside with the view to specific people. It felt like he got money from them to save these specific tables …

The staff couldn’t have been anymore helpful. The pool and spa facilities exceeded our expectation. The skiing nearby was just amazing. The private complimentary ski bus was great. The fitness centre/gym in the garden was a great surprise! So tranquil. Great for stretches after a day on the slopes. The afternoon snacks being included was a nice touch.

The room looked a bit dated, especially the sofa and curtains. However, the cleaners made sure the room was always spotlessly clean. The food was nicely presented, but the taste was just average, especially the Italian dishes like pastas and risottos. The hotel is between La Villa and Corvara, so we couldn’t walk to another restaurant at night. During the day one, can use a nice path along the river if one fancies an extra exercise.

Where to begin with our amazing stay at Cristallo... If you want to feel special, this is the place for you. The crew is just unbelievable, from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out , everyone has been incredible. They are all so nice and welcoming. We arrived to celebrate my mom's birthday, and besides helping me arrange in advance a surprise for her, she even got a gift from the hotel itself! Kudos to the crew, and thank you all for making our stay unforgettable! The hotel itself is very beautiful and well decorated .. the location is amazing just across a lovely river with some nice trails. The facilities of the hotel are great, and of course , we had some amazing treatments in the spa! Which was very calming and pleasant. The food is extraordinary. Every dinner was an experience , some of the courses were not falling from Michelin restaurants. Really top of the notch. Can not recommend this place enough and can't wait for our next visit there !

We can not think of any thing we did not like. From check-in to check-out we totally enjoyed our stay. Plenty of staff that is well trained and thoughtful to help and make you welcome. Our table waiter Raffaello was special. He made sure my wife had the special food that she needs was Gluten Free. Always courteous and helpful. The chef even made a special gluten free cake for my wife to enjoy. Mountain scenery was beautiful. We drove the mountain roads both to West and East.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a spa and sauna retreat. The facilities are very well maintained. Each of the 3 saunas and one steam room were clean and in good condition. There were many relaxation spaces in the sauna facility as well, with day beds for recovery. The food served at breakfast and dinner was sizeable and of good quality.

Everything was excellent.

Spectacular! We loved the pools and spa like atmosphere. They have a fantastic chef and the preset menu dinners at restaurant were fine dining quality - we ate there every night as was so excellent. Staff very helpful. They also offer various activities and guided tours/hikes free to guests which are excellent value. We would love to go back in the future.

Close to the road. No AC ventilation . Maybe my room was int the old part of the building....Was hot day outside and when windows were open, all sounds from the road came in. Btw window soundproofing is good , when closed, it's fine. But then you can here noise from other rooms. Overall, everything else was good, a good place 👍 As I wrote, maybe it is only in that my particular room.

The room was very new and modern. Amazing shower. The hotel itself was close to some amazing hikes. The staff was very professional and nice.

The pillows were too hard for my personal preference. Also our room and balcony faced a very busy road. Since there is no AC, we had to keep the windows open at night and it was noisy.
