Location of hotel is near the town centre. Rooms were big and clean for the location. As it was a road trip, I like the convenience that I could park right beside the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I met the owner of the hotel and he also recommended good hotels to stay in Cambodia.

Breakfast was a little basic but it was still sufficient for us to have a filling breakfast before we embark on our journey to another town.

-The breakfast was actually good for being free. Thai chicken dish with rice. Also , there was soup and rice porridge with little bit of pork. The soup was good , but too salty. Thin white bread for toast , instant coffee with powder creamer. Water , fresh soy milk and orange juice. For some reason the orange juice was salty all mornings. -The cafeteria was good size and clean. Dirty dishes always taken away from dirty dish shelf by kitchen staff. -There was beer for sale , not sure about other alcohol. -The bedding was very clean , thin comforter was very cozy and clean. -Not sure if all the rooms are the same , but TV was very good with many working channels. -Place to hang clothes , counter and 2 chairs -Small exercise room with Universal machine , bench , and free weights. -Looked like cafe on premises but did not go in.

-One thing noticeable was behind the cottages , very dirty with dead plants , leaves. Would be nice if they clean the areas because some chairs and tables provided for relaxing , but didn't want to sit at them. -Around office area also looked dirty , not organized. -Bed mattress was clean but like sleeping on stone , very hard.

Room is clean, and comfortable. WiFi connection is good. Power sockets are limited, but you can request from the reception for an extension cord, plus an electric kettle which is initially not provided inside the room. Smooth check-in, staff is friendly. Our room is rather close to the main road, but it's not noisy. Car is parked next to the house. Limited dishes for breakfast, but is good enough since is a buffet, I personally like its porridge and eggs. There's a cafe within the hotel's compound, you should get a better quality of coffee. Few minutes' drive to a nearest convenience store and a supermarket.

For breakfast, maybe can consider adding fried noodles, and not just only plain rice.

The accomodation is set up in Bungalow style with a car park space allotted. The staff were Attentive and helpful. It's private and has a coffee house and a bar / restaurant on site. It's very good value and the room is very comfortable with a good shower.

The breakfast is Thai style but you still have toast , eggs and drinks and good choices if you like Thai food.

Very limited english tv channels (movies, news) although english football was available through true.

Lovely for an overnight stop. Sa Keao hasn’t much to offer so ate in the restaurant which had Thai food only. Very good and at reasonable prices

I have used this place 2 times now and love it ,very clean and comfortable rooms, great location and very quiet breakfast was good and staff were really nice.

Excellent motel with breakfast, on site coffee bar and a small exercise corner. Easy access to the sakaeo court offices which we required and easy access to the main roads. Excellent restaurant 2 minutes walk from the motel entrance.

No swimming pool but you cannot have everthing especially in a business oriented motel.
