Excellent friendly and helpful staff who helped us out with an itinerary, permits and give us advice for the high altitude as well as generally making our stay comfortable. Great location right next to the market. Hotel is very comfortable, matches the local architecture and very warm in winter!

Room wasn’t cleaned daily as it would be in other hotels. But when we asked for fresh towels they were delivered straight away, so no doubt room would have been cleaned if we’d asked. However, it really didn’t bother us and could be argued this is a good thing as it saves energy!

Very good hotel within walking distance to restaurants and the main market. Tenzin (the General manager) gave us very good advice on altitude sickness as well as restaurants. The receptionist (Neelima) was also very helpful in arranging transportation etc. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

The shower alternated sometimes between hot and cold water and this needs to be rectified. Also the room AC did not cool adequetly especially as it was very hot in Leh.

Chospa is a beautiful hotel with local flavor which one is looking for. Its right in the middle of leh and so easily accessible to the markets, places to eat and explore - which i loved. the rooms were really large, wonderful looking with fanstastic bathrooms. breakfast was super and the chospa team looked after us really well.

Absolutely breathtaking experience from the moment we stepped into the Hotel . Nileema at the front desk and the Lady Manager ( I didn't ask her name ) went out of their way to ensure that the check-in processes were done at the earliest . Vinay in the dining area was cognizant of our meal requirements and went out of his way to ensure that early breakfast was provided for our early checkout for Nubra valley . Exceptionally clean rooms , with a good layout , very spacious and clean washrooms gave a warm cosy feeling the moment one stepped into the room . Excellent location with a whole host of restaurants and shops in close vicinity . Strongly recommend travellers to visit the Lamayuru Restaurant for Dinner and avoid the Tibetan Kitchen which is snooty and has a rude staff for handling customers .

Excellent location- centre of the city, walking distance from market & every place. Neat and spartan rooms. Extremely sincere and cooperative staff. Special mentions for Chotte Lal ( hope I got his name right) and his team who cleaned rooms. Ms Tenzin Nyima and Ms Neelima were exceptional in helping with coordinating for pick up and drop of my nieces. These two ladies were just amazing. The hotel doesn’t have ACs and rooms don’t have a fridge. It was too warm for me but ok for others in our group. Ms Neelima had arranged for a fan that made it better for us.

No AC in room! Sorely missed in the last week of June 2023! Also, shower stall leaks water into toilet area - that was a bit of a pain. Nothing else apart from this.

Amazing Property. Well appointed rooms. Super helpful staff. Food (alacart dinner and Breakfast buffet) was good. Staff even helped us decorate a room for 6th birthday of my nephew. The Location of the property is great with the Flea market (for souvenirs) within 50 metres. Leh Palace is also close by. Property has parking for guest cars. Given that we were a group with 4 rooms staff were kind enough to arrange a bonfire for us.

We had booked these rooms (4 of them) back in Feb'23. We were charged peak pricing. Post our stay we felt the prices were too much over the top. Like 2X of value & worth of property and rooms.

Very nice, chic hotel just 100 m from main street. Welcoming and polite staff who helped us plan our itinerary and to get travel permits for the area. Good food and very good coffee, important for us Swedes :) Beautiful building and lovely design of the lobby and room. Very cozy and super clean.

The room was very very cold, we had to wear our woollen longjohns and shirts at all times. After 3 days the room started getting warmer (we stayed for 4). There is a heating blanket and a very small radiator so if you stay in bed it is fine. We have no problem with the cold otherwise coming from a cold country, but everything here is made from cement, so it did not hold heat very well. I got a stomach bug on one day when we only ate hotel food, but I think I was just unlucky. Food was well cooked and delicious. All in all we would still definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Leh!

In the heart of the city; moment you enter Leh on road, you are in the vicinity of the hotel, and still, there is absolutely no noise or commotion near the hotel. it is perched at a perfect place on the Old Fort Road. The staff was exceptional; everyone is so helpful. The Manager of the property, Samarth has an awesome team and he himself has been so helpful. He even lended me a SIM card to sue for the entire trip duration, as none of my mobile phones were working with the network I had. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Had the luxury feel. Each room had enough storage space, heating options, and even heating beds! Staff was very accommodative is arranging for the buffet breakfast ahead of the scheduled time, as we had a flight to catch, the day we were leaving. We stayed in Chospa when we arrived at Leh and then after a tour of Nurba, Turtuk and Pangong, we stayed in Chospa again, before heading out of Ladakh. I would highly recommend Chospa in Leh to people. it is worth your money and much more!!

Actually, you know what- We cannot thinking of anything we didn't like in Chopsa!! It was an awesome experience.

We loved the staff and service. The food was excellent & we had a wonderful massage too.

The main restaurant in the evening was a little cold but this was due to the time of year so a few more heaters would be good.

After a 6-day motorbike tour through the Ladakhi countryside it was nice to be in a proper 5-star hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Showers with hot running water. Well situation and only a few minutes away from Leh's main market street.

Breakfast was disappointing. It seems that going for breakfast @ 08:00am was too early for the staff. For example had to ask three times for milk for my cereals (bit difficult to eat them dry).
