Room was clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Breakfast was good and there was something for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a private parking area for people arriving by car which is nice. Good location close to the train station and city center.

The room (budget) was a bit small for two people. The water pressure of the shower was quite low and hot and cold water was coming alternately especially in the mornings.

Probably the most friendly reception staff I've ever met. Lovely breakfast and great coffee. A clean and very spacious room with a nice bathroom

The only tiny inconvenience was the slightly tricky walk from the car park with a big heavy suitcase but it was a secure car park right next to the hotel so I'd gladly settle for this any time.

The hotel, room, spa, pool, turkish bath were all upto mark. I highly recommend

The cleaning staff did not give us the soap, coffee or water. Just took the towels and thats it.

The pool was amazing, very big and lovely to swim in. I also enjoyed the sauna and the Turkish bath and the quiet space to rest in. The food in the restaurant was also very good. The restaurant staff was friendly, but a bit slow. Reception staff was helpful and very friendly.

The extra bed in the room ( a bead sofa) was not that comfy

The breakfast had a fantastic selection on offer, sadly the hot selection was cold every morning. I tried to come first thing, then later to see if it made a difference. The staff may not be aware of this.

The hotel room was OK, and the swimming pool was large, with natural light and enjoyable water temperature. The breakfast was OK; the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's restaurant in the evening was almost a disaster. It took forever for the waitress to get our order and even longer to receive the food. To add insult to injury, when the food finally came, the waitress mixed the orders with other tables and did not remember who ordered what. Also, it seems the kids are not very important in some cultures, and they first prepare and bring the food to the adults and then to the kids. Can you eat in front of a hungry kid? On that Saturday night, the restaurant had only one person serving and another helping with dishes for the entire restaurant, so they seemed to be really understaffed. I guess that on Tuesdays, the customers must go themselves and get the dishes from the kitchen.
