This is an excellent little place for visits to central Orange County. It's not too far from Disneyland, though I would suggest driving & parking there rather than uber, since the DLR parking fee is probably about the same as the cost of round-trip ride-share. It’s within easy, pleasant, safe walking distance to the Orange Circle, a great place for shops and eateries! There is a grocery store kitty-corner from the motel for any needs you might have. And across the street is a Starbucks (no drive-thru there). Also several places to eat that you can walk to. The staff here is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable, especially the bed; very nice. Has all the necessities, including small fridge (but no microwave, see below). There is a standard one-cup coffeemaker, but there’s also a Keurig machine in the lobby for your use. There are coffees there to choose from (or you can bring your own Keurigs, if you have a favorite blend.) I didn't try the breakfast, but they do have it every morning, and there is a sign in the lobby showing the menu for each day. It's served to your table--not buffet--but you can also ask to have a breakfast packed to-go. The room is perfectly clean, and the design of the room is very light and airy, making it very relaxing. The water pressure in the shower is not overly strong, but is satisfactory. There are lots of USB and power outlets for recharging devices. One brilliant touch: The Do-Not-Disturb door tag has a velcro patch on it that secures it to the door! Very considerate! :)

The only missing thing that would be nice to have in the room is a small microwave. There is one in the front office that you can use 24/7, but when it's late at night or first thing in the AM, you're prob in your PJs. :) It's not a deal-breaker, tho. The place is too good to let that deter me. The AC bottoms-out at 66-degrees. I wish it had gone lower, maybe to 62. I prefer cooler temps at night. Again, not a deal-breaker for me. The AC stays on as needed and I never felt overly warm during the day.

The ladies in the office were super friendly n helpful. They made checking in convenient nd well experienced. The room was big and the linen was clean for the most part...

The room was big and clean for the most part. .The only part that wasn't good would be the floors. Even after my toddler and I showered...just from walking on the floor..the bottom of my feet were dirty, and my toddlers socks were dirty... When I checked in I was told the rooms was recently cleaned. Someone should have mopped. There so many sicknesses going around rn. It was unsanitary.

Checking in was a very easy process. Staff were quite friendly. Room was clean and it looked like it had been recently remodeled. I got a 2 room hotel stay with a queen and a double bed . There was plenty of room as we are not small people and require a little more leg room. I was pleasantly surprised with the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were fresh, the cheese omelet was tasty, and the waffles were made to order by a very nice attendant who made sure we got our coffee and juice. My family and I had a pleasant stay at Best Western and we would surely come again if we are ever in the area again.

We had only a one night stay, so I can't say I found anything wrong with it.

I loved the staff. Johna was super friendly and helpful. The room was huge! The bed was so comfy. The shower was hot and good pressure. I felt safe. Omg also the vanity was HUGE so good for a young girl like me with all my hair and makeup. Loved it. So many mirrors and good lighting. Very close to Disneyland only like 15 minute uber ride. Great time.

Older facility that has been nicely upgraded. Desk staff very nice. Rooms are basic but clean. Starbucks, restaurants, and shopping just a 3-minute walk. I will definitely be staying there again on my upcoming business trips.

The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking.

Unfortunately, I left before breakfast was served. The person at the front desk was nice enough to tell me what time breakfast started and coffee was available 24hrs.

I rode in from Bisbee Arizona, only to have dinner with my daughter who attends Chapman University. I didn't spend very much time in the room or had a chance to use the amenities.

Breakfast was great made fresh waffles had coffee and some juice, my kids had a little bit of everything I really appreciated it, definitely was a refreshing start after Disneyland

My kid said the bed was hard I thought it was fine I went to sleep with no problem

Very Good. Good service. The food was very good, don't miss the omelette. It was the perfect breakfast to start the day.

There was a bit of noise in the lobby , the TV was always switched on. I had the need to use the computer room for a Conference Call later in the night and Ihave been a bit of disappointment because the hotel concierge kept the TV too loud

The woman who seemingly ran the property, Johnna Jolley was fantastic. Helpful, full of information about the area and just pleasant!

Typical best westerns are bigger properties, this one was smaller. But overall not bad at all.

Honestly I would not stay any where else in Orange. Everything was great especially the location and staff. The rooms were very clean and the only place I've stayed that smelled amazing the second you walk into the room. Thank you Best Western!
