Best Location in Trang City near the Train Station,Central of Trang City, Price, Clean Room

Bad smell of dog on lobby, They have a dog stay at night time, The bed is so hard Overall is good place.

Staff were friendly and welcoming 🙏 close to markets and all amenities, across the road from the historic train station, great coffee shop and noodles around the other corner amazing restaurant .good value for money

Comfortable room, shower was good.

Going up all these stairs everyday was quite a slog. Also, bum gun pressure was too high. I wanted a clean bum after using the toilet, not a colonic irrigation.

The location is the best. The view from balcony is amazing.

The front staff can be a little more friendly.

Very close to the train station. The hotel has two colours; light and dark gray so it's not really cozy... Rooms are simple and not very clean with a fairly good bed and AC, Fridge, TV, Cold and Hot water shower and Towels. No drinking glasses are provided. Staff is OK if they are around. It seems they do have some problems with the bookings coming in....

No table next to the bed to put things. No drinking glasses provided. No elevator. 50% of the time there is no staff present, everyone can walk in or out. Rooms could be much cleaner... Price is just too high for what you get.

When they could not figure out if they would give me a room or not, someone who I believe was involved with the hotel went out of their way and was very nice while arranging a room across the street for me at the same price.

The staff was not up to finding my booking, then went back and forth a few times on whether I had a room, without sufficient communication. This took about an hour while I did some other things. I am still not sure what was going on there. My Thai friend didn't get the full story either.
