Nothing like wake up on Saturday, open the front door and have a nice walk in the middle of the colourful street market at the heart of Uelzen. The location could not be better - even if car drivers might be annoyed for having to park their vehicles away. The breakfast included in the price was almost perfect, with diverse options of bread, marmelade, cheese, tea. However, the eggs and bacon were even in the early hours of the morning cold. The room was equipped with safe, TV (no stream of Bundesliga matches but a variety of the most conventional channels) and a water kettle - simple things that are not taken for granted among hotels.

Please be aware that there is no personell continuously at the reception. Guests might be for their own depending on the time of the day and day of the week. Guests may have different opinions on the carpets covering almost the entire floor surface of the hotel.

The room was very large as was the Bathroom, There was no aircon and it was very hot but the windows opened which helped. unfortunately outside our room was a bench that smokers used, The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. I am gluten intolerant and the breakfast rolls were very good.

Location was good although be prepared for a slightly noisy Saturday night but well sighted in the middle of the town. Good facilities , restaurants , bars etc. to hand.

A nicely priced hotel in a pleasant, small town. Not far from the interestingly designed Hundertwasser railway station. A very good train connection to the Munster Panzer Museum. Friendly staff. Breakfast was very good and elegantly laid out with a good choice of food. There is a good Vietnamese restaurant next to the reception, I really liked my supper there. I am happy I chose this hotel for my two nights stay in Uelzen.

I can't think of anything critical to write here. A small three-star hotel cannot have all the conveniences of a big-city four-star hotel.

Very clean and quite. Location is super central. Breakfast is tasty, a lot to choose from.

Water from the shower is a lot on the floor because the wall on the bath covers not all bath. But it is not very important

In the midst of downtown

Staff were lovely. The rooms were very clean which is always the thing you want when staying away. The bathroom was clean and it had great water pressure.

It did seem to have a lingering smell of cigarettes, but people in Germany smoke much more than in the UK.

It was a nice stay. The staff was really kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room and toilet were old fashioned but comfortable and clean. I missed some sweet pastries on the breakfast, but otherwise it was good! I liked my stay and would repeat.

Someone decided 7am was a good time to start replacing the carpeted floor outside of my room. Not the nicest way to wake up on a holiday.

Bett & bike was perfect for cycling and having your bike secured. Breakfast was amazing! Great place to spend a night or two.

No good coffee. They have a machine, but it's €2 for a cup of not so good machine coffee 🙁 At breakfast, coffee is available on request. Simple, regular coffee but it's okay coffee 😊
