Nice facilities, nice and clean room, fairly good selection of food for dinner. Two swimming pools with sun beds are great.

Impossible to relax before 23h due to extremely loud music and programme for children. This could have easily started and finished earlier. The road to the hotel is a bit bumpy

The hotel was good (food, place)

- without heated swimming pool - lack of communication sometimes for the activity We didn’t receive a good customer service from one of the receptionist: Catarina (lazy, impolite, liar). A part of the bad service from her at the hotel, two days after we did the checkout, contacted the hotel because needed help with the water sport shop located in Marinedda beach, she answered the call and she was impolite when we asked for help, even when we asked another things during stay.

Good value for the money. After reading some of the reviews I was sceptical about the place. But in the end we had very nice stay. We stayed for 4 nights and had breakfast included ( around 300e in June) Usually hotel has all inclusive offers. People staying there were italian families with kids or big groups, so it can be noisy during the meals time. On the other hand we had nice calm room (the hotel is made from the few buildings ,creating a "village") Our room was far from the pool area, so it was calm, with nice small garden in the front. I think we got a family and bigger room as it had 2 beds for kids, apart from the double bed. Rooms and bathroom are very clean, and cleaned everyday. 2 beaches close to the hotel, sunbeds included which was great . Caneddi beach 5 min walk with rocks and cool chill beach bar. For the other sandy beach Marineda there is small "train" from the hotel very often, so you can be at the beach in 10min, 2 beach restaurants. Closest city Isola Rosa with restaurants, shop. Since we had car we visited that part of the island - Castelsardo(30min) and beautiful La Pelosa beach ( 1,5h)

Maybe location, ( it is not on the most popular side of Sardinia, best beaches are on the other side) but if you search for more calm chill place it is ok. Beaches are more "wild" on this side. The road to come to the hotel is dusty. We did 4 nights here 4 nights on the east side of Sardinia. You need a car, to visit the island anyway. Maybe breakfast could have more fruits and salads. It could be maybe better organised, knifes are always missing for example. We ate once lunch there ( paid extra) and it is not worth the money, not the best quality of the food. But overall a nice stay.

We loved this hotel. Everything was organised for people to have a really wonderful holiday. There was a relaxed atmosphere that pervaded every aspect of this hotel. The food was healthy and delicious, the amenities were run competently and the staff were efficient, friendly but unobtrusive. There didn’t seem to be any expectation of constant tipping all the time. We returned from our holiday relaxed, refreshed and definitely wanting to return.

Free shuttle to the beach with the use of the sun loungers included in the stay, entertainers were great fun and friendly, food was good. Initially got the wrong room but the manager quickly sorted this for us - very friendly and helpful reception staff, manager was brilliant.

As with a lot of places in Sardinia you need a car to explore and get to nearby towns.

Very nice hotel, clean room, comfortable bed and great AC. pool area lovely, loads of sun beds available even around 12:00. There is a train that takes you to the beach as well, we never used it but it’s available and has to be booked the evening before. The location is a bit remote, we rented a car so had no issues, close to different attractions in Sardinia (60-90 min away) .

We only had breakfast at the hotel and it was repetitive and basic. Taste wise was ok, nothing special but not bad .

We travelled by Scooter around the Sardinia and we tried a few hotels, I must say this was the best place to stay. We liked so much our beautifilul superior room and food was excelent!!! We had a problem with petrol (run out) and MR. GIANLUCA-CARLO was so nice, kind and helpfull with his other 3 staffs to help us with petrol...Hotel is employing the BEST PEOPLE. I recommend this hotel very much, nice, modern and comfortable. Thank you very much.

Comfortable room , clean and with friendly staff . Great beach and beach bar at a 4-5 min walk away from the resort.

Its location is a bit remote and if you don’t have a car it’s difficult to experience the local culture and cuisine .

Good range of activities/entertainment by AmareItalia. Nice pools although the jacuzzi only opened on the last day we were there. They have a no towel saving sunbeds so there was always a sunbed to use. Good range of food if you don't have any allergies. Options of 2 beaches. The guy who did our check in was amazing and super helpful.

The pool bar opened early enough and it was pricey. The pizza man was rude and not helpful at all. My husband is vegan and there was limited choice of food and no attempt was made to accommodate this despite speaking to 4 different people and sending a message ahead of our arrival.

Comfortable and nicely maintained holiday ressort (we had full board). Rooms very nice and comfortable, my kid liked the youtube on the TV-set, Two nice pool areas, but no slides.

Breakfast only until 9:30 - distance to the smaller beach is 10 min of a hilly walk, to the larger beach is approx 25 min, but they offer a bus service morning and afternoon (non during lunch time) If you arrive by car, its hard to find. Requires to go a bumpy dust road for the last 500 m,
