Attached restaurant was superb. Highest recommendation.

No internet. The hotel knew two days before my arrival that the entire internet for the hotel was not functioning. The hotel should have notified me and given me the option to cancel. Check-in with luggage difficult because parking in front of the hotel just for check-in is very limited and a matter of luck. Off site reserved parking is challenging to find with a very steep pedestrian ramp that is very difficult to use with luggage.

A really nice hotel in an excellent location with secure underground parking. Lovely friendly staff and air conditioned everywhere - importante as it was 35c and humid. A delightful restaurant with good food and helpful staff. One of the best hotels we have come across and very good value. Thank you to everyone there.

Only a tiny niggle. The bed was super firm. Too firm for me. Everything else was just right.

This elegant hotel was much more than we expected. Truly 4 stars. The front dest staff were particularly helpful in recommending good pizza places nearby and helped us get into the secure garage quickly and easily. Lots of choices at breakfast and the hotel was very quiet. The bathroom was enormous and the room itself very spacious

The television wasn't working, but that could have been because there was a thunderstorm going on.

Close to sights in central town. friendly staff. both rooms were clean. guest toilet in lobby very clean. wheelchair accessible into property and the allocated room was excellent. opposite a supermarket buffet breakfast was very adequate. staff were very responsive to emails and in excellent English. particularly with accessibility queries. We arrived very late and though no shots were open and no coffee facilities in the room the night receptionist still went out of his way to make us coffees on a tray up to our room. lovely gesture.

Parking is available though a little remote from property and tight parking. but it Is available and can usually find a park space to unload in front of the property so i didn’t find it a problem. no tea/coffee making facilities in room.

Very large rooms and beds, spacious bathroom with everything you need. Large balcony with nice view from top floor. Helpful staff

When we checked out we went through everything with the receptionist to make sure everything was paid for and then left only to be followed by the receptionist who sprinted after us to tell us we need to pay 3 euros more. Very petty and unprofessional seeing as we already asked multiple times and it was just 3 euros. Beds and sheets were also really uncomfortable to me personally but still good value.

The staff were superfriendly and extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency while staying in the hotel and we had excellent help along the way. The room and bathroom were spacious and tidy with excellent comfort. Breakfast was delicious. If we ever return to Alessandria this hotel will definitely be our choice (tried 3 other during our stay). We highly recommend this hotel.

Secured parking near was good to have. The staff was willing to help. Rooms are simple but tidy.

Noisy street dowstairs and poor noise isolation so you hear every movement in the corridor. Restaurant is quite simple although costly. Breakfast is simple too.

This hotel is amazing. It is beautiful. Rooms are nicely designed, clean and spacious. Breakfast is also great. And parking garage is few minutes away from the hotel. Staff is so well mannered and friendly. Honestly, amazing experience.

location is great. the building architecture is unique. the rooms are all nicely designed and decorated. breakfast is complete and delicious.

the air-conditioning was slow and didnt cool down the room. the building and amenities were obviously old. the AC system needs a refresh.
