1- Except reception, no one speaks English , if you are foreigner , staff will not understand you . 2- as a foreigner you can’t use Euro or they don’t want you to pay you bake in euro if you pay euros 3- the hotel is made manly for polish people

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The quality is exceptional, breakfast and food choices are AMAZING. I do have many food intolerances ans this hotel is suitable for healthy concious people. You are sourrounded by the most calming and beautiful nature. Spa and staff are wonderful too.

Extraordinary breakfast, very helpful and polite staff, great location for relaxing and walking trips, just only 2,5 hours drive from Prague.

Beautifully placed in a wooded area, this is a perfect place to relax. The property was very well kept. We loved the pools and sauna. The bed was very comfortable and shower was spacious.

We loved everything about this hotel (apart from the breakfast) as it exceeded our expectations as they pay close attention to detail in all areas of the hotel from the rooms, spa and landscape etc The rooms are spacious with balconies that give an amazing view of the landscape. The spa is one of my favourites from all my travels which also has amazing views of the landscape. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

The breakfast was not up to a five star standard as the buffet was very basic and had a small selection. As for the dishes which could be ordered from the menu, these lacked in imagination and looked as though they were microwaved which I don't think was the case, but it give an idea of how they looked and tasted.
