The hotel is situated not far from the old town, it has its own parking area. Breakfast was good. We had a beautiful view from the balcony. A good restaurant downstairs serving delicious pizza.

Out dated furniture. On one occasion my wife found mould on one of her sweet pastries during breakfast. The whole cake was removed immediately by the staff when this was brought up to their attention. This hotel is rated as 1 star but the service given goes beyond the rating.

This is an overdue review. We only stayed for one night but it was really worth it. The price/quality ratio was excellent, the room was clean and there was a magnificent view of Lake Garda. In the room there was also a small fridge, very useful to keep a bottle of wine chilled and drink it at the balcony gazing at the view. The breakfast was also very very good, to be honest exceeded our expectations. There was also a dedicated place to park our car. The centre of Limone is within walking distance. Finally, the staff was very helpful and polite.

This was a modestly priced room so it was normal that the furniture was kind of old. Below the room there is also a restaurant/tavern and there can be cooking smells and a bit of noise from the customers but can't say it was a problem.

Clean, cosy room. Staff were lovely, very friendly, breakfast was lovely. Ate in the terrace every morning. Great views of the lake. There was a restaurant 10 yards away, owned by the property, which was very handy.

Room and bathroom very small. The bedroom and bathroom are in need of some serious upgrading.

Location was excellent! They had a friendly staff, Steakhouse downstairs was good food. Rooms were clean. Modest place with a good value to stay in a beautiful town!

Very good location - quiet and close to the beach and city center. Below is really nice restaurant. Staff is so nice, breakfasts are good. Rooms have small mobile AC unit, which is a big relief for such high summer temperatures.

No central AC, rooms are rather ascethic, breakfasts may have been more various.

Kind stuff.

There were no dishes in the kitchen. There was no sponge for washing dishes. he Wi-Fi password and the spot are not consistent with what is written.

Value for money, geat location, breakfast was delicious, parking included.

Expected a little bigger room, mainly the bathroom, with better view (bottom floor).

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view. Easy 5 minute walk into the centre. Free parking on site. Breakfast was very nice.

Room was directly above the bar! Very noisy. Bed was quite hard.
