Large business style hotel of the fancier sort. Clean and quiet room, friendly staff and onsite parking. Wifi worked well. Within walking distance to the La Venta museum (through a beautiful park). A large supermarket is also within walking distance. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and found it very good. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful! Very kind!! We enjoyed the AC... it was hot outside. We loved the pool area! Very pretty...and clean!! Breakfast was excellent and the service was very good! The hotel is located within walking distance of La Venta Park, so we went there, and we enjoyed seeing the giant stone Olmec heads and feeding the coatimundi.

We went to Villahermosa to see the Parque La Venta, a lovely walk through trees and plants, displaying the fabulous pre-Columbian artefacts from the Olmecs. So we chose this hotel because it is literally 15 minutes’ walk from the park. The hotel was busy, with families and business people. The restaurant provided great food - a wide choice of hot chocolate, delicious local fruits, vegetables and typical Mexican dishes. We loved it. The swimming pool was a wonderful break from the heat, and the rooms very comfortable and spacious, with balconies looking out over the gardens and pool. The staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient.

It's a pleasant hotel in the center of Villahermosa. It features a large pool in the middle of a garden. Good room, everything working, ours had a balcony on the pool side. Efficient staff Great parking

The pool and deck were lovely. I also appreciated the free shuttle ride to the airport. The restaurant is convenient and the room was very comfortable and spacious.

The pool! It was a quiet room and the coffee maker + free coffee in the room were a big plus. The staff was helpfull and very friendly.

As vegetarians we weren´t too thrilled with the restaurant, but you had supermarkets nearby. So it wasn´t a problem.

Room smells like old staff, they need to open more wi wide and let fresh air go it and we did not have hair dryer

A very nice hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. A very good value. We had an easy walk to see the Olmec heads and zoo. Highly recommended.

The WiFi was slow and intermittent. Breakfast was good but the dinners were average. There are other good options nearby.
