The view from the hotel was incredible, so it's more expensive than other places. You can set up a breakfast order every morning (included) and a table on the viewing deck will be set for you at whatever time you want, and you can eat while taking in the view. It's very easy to walk to a number of great restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they will take your bags up/down stairs for you.

Our room didn't have a balcony and was right next to the front office where everyone walked past. We also had a hot tub in the room, but because it was inside and would make the room too humid/hot, it had to be kept cooler than body temperature so we didn't end up using it. Make sure to ask for a room with a hot tub outside.

The staff are wonderful! Jona and Besi are the best! The view was wonderful. Breakfast was served just outside our room so we had an incredible view to enjoy our breakfast which was always good. I would definitely stay there again just be careful what room I booked.

I did not realize the incredibly small size of the room I booked. It was so small that if you opened a hard sided suitcase it was difficult to move around in the room. And it was a room for two so almost impossible. The other rooms were fine but this one is not. Thank goodness a larger room was available.

Excellent and attentive staff. The location and views are stunning, and the breakfast on the balcony each day was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the staff, they helped to make this the trip of a lifetime.

Perfect location just outside Firostefani with magnificent views, many instagrammers come to take pictures near the hotel (not a problem). Several beautiful little pools and sunbathing spots

There are several rooms 8,9,10 sold as caldera view that do not have a view of the caldera from the room. You need to step outside the room to see the view. Our travelling companions were allocated one of these and were disappointed. Also be aware that 50% of the charge is reserved on your card before arriving and that this reservation will stay for 30 days even after you have paid, so don't book with a debit card, use a credit card for your reservation and then later pay with your preferred card

This was an incredible hotel! Once you stop to walk up the steps to get there, you don’t know what’s in store until you descend to the main area and see the view. It’s spectacular. The in-room hot tub is amazing and we used it frequently. We honestly split our time traveling the island and staying in the room because it was so nice. Also. Miri is lovely and a great staff member at the hotel! He is truly a gem and we’ll miss his hospitality.

Nothing about the hotel or room, however I didn’t appreciate how the receptionist went into a rant about Covid as we were checking out, and telling my mother (who is a healthcare worker) that the vaccines are a joke. I was so disappointed in the conversation I left as she was speaking. There’s no need to bring that up with your guests, regardless of what your opinion is. Please educate yourself before speaking to healthcare workers in that fashion. It left a bad taste in my mouth after an otherwise lovely stay.

The views were spectacular, the position was perfect, Firostefani is an ideal place to stay, away from larger crowds of people, but yet just a short picturesque walk to Fira (10 mins), and a 25 min air-conditioned bus ride to Oia for only €2 (or an incredible 2 hour cliff top walk with amazing views). Great choice of restaurants and quick food shops, so many to choose from and shopping! The staff at Chic hotel were welcoming and friendly, made our stay so enjoyable. The bed was so comfy too! We loved the quiet location of this hotel, set amongst similar style rooms on the cliff.....amazing! Rest in the pool and take in the glorious views of the Agean sea and the many islands you can see.

THE VIEWS are the reason for this hotel. Location is excellent. Very clean. Very quite. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with the amazing view to enjoy each morning. I can highly recommend this is a lovely place to stay.

The weather for November was beautiful and warm. The air conditioning to the rooms had been turned off for the season. But the room was very warm due to the beautiful warmer weather. We had to leave the door open to keep the room cool. The bathroom was efficient, but the mirror was placed for a very short person to use.

The only negative point is the lack of Greek tv channels in a Greek hotel

Location and staff

Jacuzzi in room caused some heat / humidity issues in the room that were remedied by closing off the sleeping space from the jacuzzi space.

Stunning view to caldera and sunset. It was our second time in Santorini but our first time at Chic. We felt in love with this beautiful hotel. The location is unbeaten in walking distance with lots of choices. The room was very clean and has amazing design details. Staff was professional and knowledgeable about all the island activities. Breakfast was served in the suite which was very convenient and peaceful. Oia is easily reachable by car or bus, but the sunset at firostefani is the same with Oia’ s without having any crowds. Zillion thanks to the hotel team , take care until our next visit ! Lilian & Marc
