The view from the hotel was incredible, so it's more expensive than other places. You can set up a breakfast order every morning (included) and a table on the viewing deck will be set for you at whatever time you want, and you can eat while taking in the view. It's very easy to walk to a number of great restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and they will take your bags up/down stairs for you.

Our room didn't have a balcony and was right next to the front office where everyone walked past. We also had a hot tub in the room, but because it was inside and would make the room too humid/hot, it had to be kept cooler than body temperature so we didn't end up using it. Make sure to ask for a room with a hot tub outside.

The property is beautiful with the most breathtaking views. A lot of the hotels have MANY stairs, due to the location with the amazing views, but the Chic Hotels has less than a lot of the others we saw. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were out of this world great! But just as great as the hotel were all the staff. Jona is an angel and really helped us with so much. She was a wealth of knowledge about the area. I can’t say enough good things about her and all the staff, also especially Dimitri (spelling?). He was so kind to us and helped with anything we needed. They all went above and beyond. Thank you!

The staff are wonderful! Jona and Besi are the best! The view was wonderful. Breakfast was served just outside our room so we had an incredible view to enjoy our breakfast which was always good. I would definitely stay there again just be careful what room I booked.

I did not realize the incredibly small size of the room I booked. It was so small that if you opened a hard sided suitcase it was difficult to move around in the room. And it was a room for two so almost impossible. The other rooms were fine but this one is not. Thank goodness a larger room was available.

We were amazed by this hotel. The view is incredible, the breakfast is fantastic and the staff are five stars, super attentive, always concerned about our well-being and always available to help. My husband had a birthday and at the last minute I asked them to make the gesture of putting a candle on a slice of cake, but they had the lovely gesture of buying a cake at that moment so we could sing happy birthday. I am very grateful and have a full heart. Thank you to Jona, Besi and the whole team, they could not have been better.

Perfect location just outside Firostefani with magnificent views, many instagrammers come to take pictures near the hotel (not a problem). Several beautiful little pools and sunbathing spots

There are several rooms 8,9,10 sold as caldera view that do not have a view of the caldera from the room. You need to step outside the room to see the view. Our travelling companions were allocated one of these and were disappointed. Also be aware that 50% of the charge is reserved on your card before arriving and that this reservation will stay for 30 days even after you have paid, so don't book with a debit card, use a credit card for your reservation and then later pay with your preferred card

Excellent and attentive staff. The location and views are stunning, and the breakfast on the balcony each day was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the staff, they helped to make this the trip of a lifetime.

The views were spectacular, the position was perfect, Firostefani is an ideal place to stay, away from larger crowds of people, but yet just a short picturesque walk to Fira (10 mins), and a 25 min air-conditioned bus ride to Oia for only €2 (or an incredible 2 hour cliff top walk with amazing views). Great choice of restaurants and quick food shops, so many to choose from and shopping! The staff at Chic hotel were welcoming and friendly, made our stay so enjoyable. The bed was so comfy too! We loved the quiet location of this hotel, set amongst similar style rooms on the cliff.....amazing! Rest in the pool and take in the glorious views of the Agean sea and the many islands you can see.

THE VIEWS are the reason for this hotel. Location is excellent. Very clean. Very quite. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with the amazing view to enjoy each morning. I can highly recommend this is a lovely place to stay.

The weather for November was beautiful and warm. The air conditioning to the rooms had been turned off for the season. But the room was very warm due to the beautiful warmer weather. We had to leave the door open to keep the room cool. The bathroom was efficient, but the mirror was placed for a very short person to use.

Oh my goodness the location is simply magical! Set with the most scenic caldera view - I think the best actually & very close to all the major attractions, restaurants and city centre. I’m so happy I chose to stay in Fira over Oia, it was so much more vibrant & easily accessible. The team - so GENUINELY friendly! So accommodating, and so professional. They seemed genuinely happy to help anytime I had a question or needed help. I had the best experience.
