Choice of food

Big enough to allow balance between enjoying activities and privacy. Staff very friendly and efficient! My 6 year old daughter appreciated too much the mini club!!! Overall grading is good!!!

Probably in the past was a real 4stars resort, but currently too far from that! Rooms, facilities and open areas were old and they need care! Furthermore, we booked an half board and we felt left over! Not the same for all-inclusive reservation!

Location

Air conditioning wasn’t turned on when we got to the room.hat to pay for the chair and umbrella on the beach and had to pay for a towel rental .

this has a very strong family orientation and wifi is not operable outside the main area.

The property is huge and there are lots of nice parts to explore. You can easily spend a few in the resort, have a good time, and not even have to leave the property because it has a great beach, nice pool, and communal areas and activities. Great for travels with family or a big group. They have a restaurant, a bar, 2 pools and lots of green spaces. there are also organised activities and tours you can participate in. Plus it’s dog friendly!

With a property of this size, it’s important to have some transport that takes people from one end to another. For example, the resort beach was around 15 minute walk from my room, which is a lot in the very hot summer sun of Calabria. Another thing was that the lunch hour was absolute CHAOS- with kids and adults running around the restaurant trying to fill up their plates with the buffet. Very little organisation during the time. Lastly, the rooms were adequate, but nothing special. Parts of the facilities didn’t work- my air conditioner took 1 hour to cool the room. There was no kettle (which is quite standard in such resorts) for tea or coffee. There were a few cobwebs in the corners. Also, the cleaning staff was exceptionally noisy- on two days they were cleaning the room next to mine and created an absolute racket with moving of furniture and very loud conversations, with no regard to the fact that people might be resting in adjacent rooms. Do not go here if you don’t have a car- very hard to get to anyplace, even the closest supermarket and atm is 20 minutes walk away in very hot summer sun.

Pool, Beach

Room was dirty, bed were two put toghether and not a king size. Very old structure. The dust under the bed and everywhere in the room was digusting. The toilet was digsuisting.
