The room view is absolutely splendid. I booked a luxury cottage and I didn't want to leave the resort, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Its a very well planned aesthetic resort with spacious rooms, ample spacing between cottages and lush lawns. The rooms and the resort are very well maintained and the interiors and landscaping really look luxurious. However it is very affordable and I must mention the highlight of my stay was the lake walk supervised and arranged by Col Shashi, the newly appointed GM of the resort and it turned out to be a memorable and enjoyable activity. Overall I will recommend this resort and I will definitely keep going there whenever possible. Food is very good, limited choices but we had no problems.

The location is very nice. Lake facing view is awesome 👌. Food at the restaurant is very delicious. It is exactly how it is shown in the pictures. Vishnu at the restaurant was particularly helpful. Breakfast needs a little more spread.

When I'm at a luxurious stay, I need a good shower system and good water pressure. Sadly, the showerhead was old and worn out. Hot water pressure was not up to the mark. My fridge was also not working, but they got it changed.

Property location, Rooms size, food etc

Service was delayed, balcony sliding doors were not repaired on time, on guest complaints people came for repair and that took a lot of the guests. I even found kokrojes but no one comes after complaint....

Breakfast was ok but quality was not up to the mark.

Apart from Stay there were not much activities. Glass door & main door lock was not working which was updated to the staff. For Room Service we had to call the staff thrice.

It was random plan to book this property and we feel lucky that property location is so good. Lake view rooms are very spacious and clean. Loved food as well.

Amenities like pool and others should be properly managed

Overall atmosphere and ambience and food is very good.

Menu at Breakfast can have little more spread and You are little under staffed in comparison to number of rooms.

Breakfast was good...but less staff attending at time of breakfast...the already finished items took a lot of time to get replenished...

The swimming pool i just awesome....it wud be good to see the staff there taking orders...the waiters there seemed disinterested....but the housekeeping staff and the receptionist at night were very nice

Lake view location and property quality

Due to heavy rains the newly constructed bathroom roof leaking heavily. The breakfast can have more variety.
