Stayed in Burmese chalet- fantastic location with great view. Chalet was quite spacious with good bathroom and shower, jacuzzi and open air shower. Good parking facility close to property. Aamby Valley City is beautiful to drive around and walk, with a nice lakeside cafe to enjoy sunset. Also very good value for money.

Overall the place is not very well maintained or squeaky clean like popular hotels or resorts. Seemed a bit understaffed also, given its size. You'll need a personal vehicle to go around, as restaurants etc are spread apart. Some of the amenities were closed. Jacuzzi had insects, and probably not cleaned immediately before check in. Breakfast was very crowded. At the time of check-out, reception staff were a little rude.

We absolutely loved the natural surroundings, the scenic views, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The serene lakeside area was especially tranquil, and it was truly wonderful to spend hours there, soaking in the beauty. The entire staff at Aamby Valley was incredibly kind and humble. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service, from the buggy drivers to the restaurant staff and security personnel. Every interaction made our experience even more memorable.

The taste of the available options did not meet expectations, and the variety on the breakfast menu was limited. However, the staff were attentive and worked tirelessly to ensure that items were available and to improve the overall experience.

The range and taste of items in the breakfast was acceptable - nothing exceptional and nothing to complain about. The food at the Lake Front Cafe was very good. Service was courteous and professional across the board. There are many spots to enjoy, each with a good view.

The place is not easy to figure out. One needs personal vehicle to travel within. It would have been nice to have an internal transportation, like a golf cart for the entire premises. Some of the built spaces look dated due to inadequate maintenance.

The grand stay truly makes you feel like you’ve stepped out of India and into a different world altogether. The amenities here are simply out of this world – from luxurious accommodations to top-notch facilities. The golf course is a standout feature, offering a beautiful and well-maintained space for enthusiasts. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or even a special occasion. Highly recommend experiencing this slice of heaven at least once!

Location was beautiful, the giant swings were also amazing, and we found it very peaceful to sit and relax near the lake! The Kalimata temple inside the city was absolutely beautiful!! And we also enjoyed trekking to the Korigad view point. Food was delicious in all the restaurants, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a huge spread!

But on the downside, food was pretty expensive, and room service was really slow. Intercoms got disconnected and we could not contact the reception or housekeeping. Overall, service should have been better. Otherwise the stay was wonderful.

The property of Aambey Valley City where we stayed offered a really nice comfort. The cleanliness was satisfactory and reachability to other eateries/places to visit was very good. The road to Aambey Valley City is covered in dense fog, especially during monsoons and winters, so it was definitely a joy ride! For food, you have a couple of places to visit in Aambey Valley city, they were up to the mark as well. Other than that, there are reachable attractions which you can enjoy during your visit to Aambey Valley City.

Free upgrade to Wheelchair accessible Aussie Chalet. Courteous staff and good service. Many activities which our son enjoyed.

Food is overly expensive for the quality provided. The washroom in woodpecker restaurant was smelling extremely badly of urine smell. The food provided for our driver staff in the staff quarters was not good. The outer Walls and a lot of structures internally are dilapidated and not maintained well. The entertainment centre is very poorly maintained. Ridiculously they even charge for playing table tennis and Badminton.

The complete property has been beautifully conceptualized. There are many activities possible for visitors. One can feel a true escape from urban living and immerse themselves in picturesque serenity and capture cherished moments.

The Lobby/Reception/ Hotel Parking facilities can be improved. The swimming pool toilets need maintenance. Along the roads, better direction markings need to be put up.

Water leakage in bathroom, after repair Increased. Not user-friendly, it is tacky to go to any place. Good qlty map can be provided which is readable, an app can be set up for the same. Some activities like paragliding, atv were not operative, but the reception ppl were not aware and asked us to go for it. Transfer vehicles were less. Wait time was more. Wifi was poor. A pure veg restaurant option will be appreciated. Would like to have nore vegan options in food. Room service food menu was quite limited.
