The manager at the reception both the lady and the guy were very co-operative with the request. The kitchen was very good with the staff of the restaurant. Appreciate the hospitality as i was travelling with elders of my family. I had an excellent stay and a very receptive staff,

Had to call the housekeeping couple of times. But they were very prompt and could help easily.

Good ambience , friendly and polite staff , sumptuous breakfast , very close to the bus stand area with good connectivity .

There was no proper confirmation of receipt of advance payment by the Sterling Central office inspite of repeated mails with all details . That caused some anxitey and panic . I think the team that looks into payments have to be more pro-active and resourceful .

Very friendly staff and extremely friendly,courteous and understanding too. Wholesome breakfast items with a huge delicious and nutritious variety. Clean, spacious rooms, well managed services. Didn't have to remind the staff for a room clean, and it was done upon arrival with neatly arranged bedding.

Air conditioner didn't work cool enough in the bedroom

The staff were amazing. The room was big and clean. Good powerful shower. I was very comfortable here. I ate a couple of times from the room service and restaurant and the food and service was good. I was very comfortable here.

The only thing I can say is they only have 1 lift so you have to wait some time for it, at times.

Nice clean property to stay with family. Worth for the amount of money you pay.

Nothing special, but they don’t have their own drop off or packages for different places via car. They will provide you the business card of the travel agency.

The property is well maintained, The main highlight was the room. Got upgraded to a suite room and the room was very spacious and very well maintained. The staff is very well behaved and also very polite and very professional. Pool is well maintained

The stay was really good. Nothing to be sad about

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. Restaurant food is great- both South amd North India are equally good. Staff is very warm and courteous Very Good location if you are traveling by bus. Station is also not very far off.

Check out time is 10 am, which was slightly early for us. Slightly heavy on the pocket.

24 hours hot water, cleanliness, comfortable room.

Extra bed provided was not comfortable, poolside deck not functional, tariff must include complimentary breakfast

Staff were exceptionally friendly. They came to the room to help with everything. Impossible to get Uber or Ola but their security guard was very helpful calling for auto. Food at the restaurant was great and friendly service. Very polite.
