Clean room, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast. Free parking a bonus, with excellent security gate at entrance. The grounds are lovely and relaxing with plenty of trees to look at during breakfast. When the weather is nice it's easy to sit outside to have meals. Pets are welcome, so it was nice to see families with their little dogs travelling with them.

The room was small for a twin room, however we were out most of the day and really only using the room for sleeping in so not a huge problem.

Either the room (104) was too small or the bed was too large. It wasn’t possible to walk down one side of the bed. We were told that the restaurant would open at 7pm. and we made a reservation which was accepted. In fact, it was closed all evening and we had to go out to find a meal. There was nowhere to leave the room key first thing in the morning. Several guests were in the same boat.

As expected from a Campanile location. Staff all friendly and helpful. Parking right outside our room, and secure with electronic gates. The restaurant service was charming.

All was as expected. However, additional pillows would be very helpful (for reading at night etc)

We like the location and it is very convenient for Lyon, and it is secure.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open — we rely on a meal at the end of our day’s journey without having to drive again.

We were well received, and enjoyed an excellent supper.

Our stay was marred by small but significant niggles. We were not given the code to the electronic gate in advance. The telephone in our room did not work. The remote control for the TV was filthy and held together with sellotape. The tiles round the bath were mouldy.

Ideal location for where the conference was (but not much else around)

The room was clean. The receptionist was friendly. The breakfast was very good.

For the price I was pleased surprised!

I was visiting my son so very near to his residence. For us location was good but charges were high but it seems it is because of high demand

They should provide basic facility in room like one water bottle

I like the Staff behavior the most, especially those at the reception!
