This hotel is an absolute gem. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable, beds were amazing - super soft sheets. Lovely toiletries, the food was exceptional, the swimming pool was a plus. We didn’t get the chance to use the spa unfortunately but that looked great, we would definitely return - it was the perfect stopover.

We had an absolutely disastrous beginning where we were told the room we had booked was not big enough for our family (having called to confirm it would be in advance & after a 6 hour drive with our young kids!) they finally conceded and let us have the room (after half an hour of discussion) credit to them, they did put it right eventually. It would have been nice if they could have shown a little more empathy whilst doing so.

We enjoy staying in this hotel on the outskirts of Lyon - easy to get to and secure parking, with electric charging. The hotel feels quiet and comfortable, with nice areas to relax in and balconies to the rooms to sit outside. The restaurant was good with a buffet menu and helpful staff - breakfast had plenty of choice and wasn't too crowded. The spa/pool was nice when not too busy and felt clean. There was a relaxing bar area to order drinks and cocktails. The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to night stop on the way down to the South of France - would stay again.

There wasn't much I didn't like!

Good sized room, very comfortable and clean. Good choice of food at the adjoining Kyriad. Parking was easy. It was ideal for our one night stay. There is also a spa which we did not use but seemed very busy. The hotel had everything we wanted for a one night stay, it is on a very busy business park but the sound-proofing is excellent and we could hear nothing from outside in our room.

Not really a 'dislike' but need to be aware of that the location is not suited for walking around and exploring - it’s on a very busy business park, with lots of traffic.

There is everything you need in this hotel. It is clean and has great facilities. The pool is not large but the water is hot and the showers are spacious. It can be crowed at certain times of the day but otherwise it is a great activity to have within the hotel. Same for the gym. The rooms are perfect and have a balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful. As for the breakfast, I rate it five stars as it has a great selection of everything. I liked the bar area and the restaurant as well. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

They do not serve lunch at the hotel. The location is a bit inconvenient for having a quick bite elsewhere, and not having a lunch option is a bit dommage. The spa is also an extra fee that needs to be paid on top of the hotel room. It would have felt more welcoming if all facilities were open to hotel guests

Very easy to find, lovely hotel and a warm welcome from the reception desk. Room was spacious and comfortable. There was a large swimming pool we could have used if we wished. The dinner was excellent - we chose the hot and cold buffet food. Not cheap but you get what you pay for! The service at dinner was also excellent. We would definitely use this hotel again.

At breakfast a few things had run out and were not replenished. I think we had arrived just after conference guests had been in to eat. We were rather rudely told by a member of staff that we couldn't sit at one table (I guess it had been laid for lunch, but there were no other tables laid for breakfast). I guess we just arrived at a busy time.

Nice decor, comfy bed, rituals shower gels which smell great, good airco, free chocolate in the room - that's nice! Parking on site which is secured behind a gate. Good breakfast spread. Has a pool and the staff were friendly. Location not exactly in the center of town and not much for a view from our room but for passing through Lyon this was a very nice hotel. Would stay again.

Really excellent. What you get means it is a reasonable price. It is the perfect pitstop. We swam when we arrived and before we left and the pool was clean and well maintained. It is in a suburb close to the motorway so not much to see outside but so long as you not expecting anything else that it is fine. The dinner buffet means you can eat as much as you like and was really good. Would stay again.

I always stay in this hotel when I am in Lyon. It is still fresh and modern, rooms are big.

Coffee is always very bad at the breakfast. Why is it so difficult to improve your coffee machine and buy at least better quality coffee beans?! Disgusting coffee in the morning spoils all the nice things… Breakfast in general is good. I loved the pancakes which you cook yourself and salmon.

Excellent continental breakfast!

A La Carte menu was weak for a French restaurant, would have expected something more than a Poke bowl or Caesar salad for the main course at dinner. Buffet was a good choice for dinner, excellent quality, but seriously over priced for what a normal person can eat by amount. In addition it remained totally not understandable why hot, cold and dessert buffet had to be paid for separately... The amount eaten will remain same regardless if you take only hot and/or cold and/or dessert buffet or all of them.
