This is rather a budget hotel, but everything that was needed for a one-night stay is there, and even things one would not expect at a hotel in this price range, such as a proper fridge, cooking rings and a hairdryer. The room is quite spacious. The hotel is in a very quiet, and at least perceived, safe location. The 24 H reception desk is also a big plus in this price category. Free parking. The breakfast was quite good. The biggest plus of all was really the room rate, which was a real bargain, even though it was August, which one would think would be high season for holiday makers.

We had a problem with the lock to our room, it would only allow the door to close properly if one used the key card also when leaving the room, but perhaps we did something wrong...

Ali - in reception, super helpful and friendly - corrected my French which I truly appreciate. The room was a good size, bed comfortable, very clean, good sized bathroom, powerful hot shower. Breakfast was a good variety including hot food. I have a gluten intolerance so although there was no bread for me, there was plenty I could eat. If we decide to visit Lyon for a couple of days I think this could be a good location to park up and stay over and travel into Lyon.

6 Euros to park the car at the front of the hotel but I'm not sure just how secure it is. There appeared to be other parking all around the hotel that was free. My only grumble - not a.complaint, is that there appeared to be some deserted buildings and some renovations around the hotel - our room overlooked a pile of building scrap and a skip. I could also see lovely trees and greenery so really not a complaint.

The receptionist (evening 9th of august) was super super friendly and easy going! He was in such a good mood and explained everything perfectly. He even spoke a bit German and we had such a pleasant first impression! The parking was really good and we loved the entrance/ waiting area. The check out was super easy as well.

Somehow the bed linen had a used/ not freshly washed smell, or I think it was washed but maybe not dried properly and therefore the smell. That was not so pleasant.

Great value for money. Upon arrival at 2am we we're told there was no hot water. Without asking from our side they offered a serious discount and apologies. We had 2 connecting rooms (306 & 307). Which very clean. Very good place to stay for one night when travelling home. Car parking is also satisfying.

The lack of an airconditioning. Our rooms had balconies so we slept with the balcony doors open.

We had the family room on the top floor for 2 people. Access to the balcony was a great plus. Room had everything you can ask for and great beds, everything very clean and close to the motorway. Can recommend. Manager had sent survey before our stay and asked for details. They actually accommodated our request which was a great touch. There are 3 restaurants across the street, which were good too.

Good directions from the hotel, taken to the door. Plenty of parking (paid for). Check in very easy, rooms comfortable, even had a small balcony to have my morning coffee! Only stayed overnight in way to Alps, so didn't explore the hotel or the area much. Short distance to autoroute, plenty of food outlets around the area.

Reception is open 24 hours, which was important for us as we were driving long distance and arrived after midnight. There is option of online pre-check-in, which made our actual check-in at the hotel to be just 1 minute. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and spacious, there is even a little kitchen in the room.

Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was great. Plenty of room for family of 5.

Very basic room, but a good value for the money. We stayed in the apartment and had plenty of room for our family of 5.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was beautiful and well placed for our travels on highways. There were plenty of options for food on walking distance and a shopping center as well.

It was my mistake, but I did not notice that there was no AC in the rooms.

Everyone was really polite and helpful. Several staff even went out of their way to help us with things. Excellent customer service. The room was amazingly large, and not very expensive even, and had restaurants and banks close by. I also enjoyed the breakfasts. It even had a laundry room to wash our clothes, and a kitchenette with fridge to keep food in and make food at.

The shower floor felt quite slippery and although I didn't fall, I did slip a few times. There were several cigarette butts around the grounds that could have been cleaned up. But that's about it.
