Facilities are pretty new. It is close to the metro station and the tram. Rooms are clean

It’s a pity booking an apart-hotel to have the possibility to cook and not be able to do it. The fire alarm activates for just a bit of steam which is normally generated while cooking. Even if you keep your window open, it doesn’t help. During my whole stay it rang 5 times, and once it happened to me too for some popcorns. The staff knows about it and can’t do anything. One of the receptionists even said “What can we do? We cannot prohibit clients to cook”. I would suggest that the management changes those steam alarms to heat alarms. After the second time they become unbearable to hear.

Didn't have breakfast but had an evening meal when we arrived which was a good option for us - the staff were really nice and the food was good though it was disappointing that the feta salad was only available with curry sauce and not as advertised. It was so helpful to have a map and the staff member who gave it to us was very good at showing us where the hotel was and where the metro was - but it was a shame maps weren't out and I had to ask for one.

Intensely disliked the sexist pictures (all three) in the room - really outdated. 2 pictures featured women in low cut tops, the others a fifties style made up woman. Not great to be woken up by the fire alarm and it seemed very disorganised - good it wasn't - apparently - a genuine case. Didn't see any staff.

The breakfast menu was same throughout the 3 days I stayed, they could do something variation I found the same bread being served for the 3 days

The apartment is very comfortable and exceptionally well organized, especially given its size. The amount of storage space is impressive. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The bed is very comfortable, and cleaning every few days is perfectly sufficient. Everything feels fresh and new. It’s a great choice for a one- or two-week stay in the city, offering the best of both hotel and apartment living.

There are a couple of minor issues that might be worth addressing: a shelf in the shower would be very helpful, and the fire alarm system seems a bit too sensitive—possibly triggered when someone is cooking intensively. I’m not sure what the best solution is, but hope you’ll find some as if someone wants to cook after midnight, it is a bit annoying now. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and wish you continued success—hopefully it will become a chain in other cities as well!

Spotless private app/room for sole use. Everything you needed was there. Excellent coliving areas to meet all needs. E.g.relaxation areas both indoor and outdoor. Gym facilities, yoga classes available, superb rooftop garden and indoor areas for meetings, social gatherings, etc. 24-hour help desk, too. Reception staff were very helpful. There might be more going on at the hostel, but I used areas that I needed to! The restaurant /bar was open all the time during my visit. Served a range of foods. Only eat in the restaurant twice, the staff were lovely and the food was delicious. Metro to town centre was very close to the hostel. Walking took 30/40 mins. The main train station, Lyon Part Deui, was only a 20-minute walk, or you could easily go via the metro to get there.

Unfortunately for the staff and guests there was a problem with the fire alarm going off. The smoke alarm appears to be overly sensitive! Possible cause, smoke alarm too close to the kitchenette area within the rooms? At this stage, staff are not sure, but it is currently being checked, and hopefully, it can be sorted asap.

Only two tram stops from the station and near a metro station, Bikube is well-connected. The ladies at reception were ever so friendly and stored our luggage (and moved it to our room) when we arrived early and went off to explore Lyon. The room was incredibly well designed. Comfortable, clean, a small kitchenette with fridge, hub & kettle etc. A small seating area. Well insulated & lock-out blinds. We didn’t have breakfast but a coffee when we arrived. Light airy space. We were surrounded by people of all ages, having a late brunch, playing board games. Nice!!

Don’t be put off by the 100 Euro security/damage (??) card deposit which will be refunded as soon as you leave. It made me worry about the clientele/safety of the place but there was no reason whatsoever!! Super hotel & concept.

A truly great hotel with outstanding service. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the high-quality, delicious breakfast each morning—it offered a great variety and was clearly made with care. Overall, a wonderful experience.

One important caution for future guests: avoid parking your car on the street in front of the hotel. In the morning, we noticed a nearby car had its window broken and items stolen. While this is not the hotel’s fault, it’s something to be aware of for your safety and peace of mind.

The property was excellent in terms of location, staff, and amenities. The room was small but beautifully designed, which is why I chose the smallest option. The other rooms are much more spacious. However, they've overcome this small size with a superb design, creating a space where you can cook, eat, and sleep comfortably. The kitchen equipment was new, clean, and functional. If you don't want to cook in your room, there are two large, spotless kitchens on the terrace. If I ever go to Lyon again, I would definitely choose this hotel. Its proximity to the metro and train lines made my stay a breeze. The staff was also always friendly and helpful.

A very lovely space, with a well stocked kitchenette area should you want to prepare food or cook a meal. The facilities were comfortable and we found the space to be very quiet which was fab after a 2700 mile road trip of Italy, this was our final stop enroute to the UK. The facilities are modern, fresh and definitely worth a visit. They have a private underground carpark with access to the building which was ideal as we had our lives in our car after our long trip! Thank you for a fab stay.

We loved the apartment

Booked for myself and parents - between us we had stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip and this was by far the best one. Beautiful hotel, so clean and lovely design of the rooms. Great breakfast! The staff are really lovely, the cleaner found two items we left and made sure we got them in time before leaving. Perfect stay, if ever back in Lyon we will return here.
