The location is great, near the metro station, easy access to the connection to the airport or central station. Not so far from the city center, you can easily take a walk .The room is big enough and clean, they change the towels everyday. Very kind and helpful staff.

The internet is very bad, don't rely on it. The sound insulation is not very good, you can hear the people from the next rooms.

A very efficiently run hotel with helpful staff. It seems predominantly to cater for business people, but was a good fit for us tourists as well. It is well out of the old city, which is the main tourist area, but is right next to a Metro station giving swift access to the whole city. Buses and the tram system are quite close as well. The rooms are sparely furnished but spacious enough for two people to spread out. No fridge or kettle provided but a kettle and microwave are available for use on the ground floor. The breakfast is very good. The hotel is clean.

There was nowhere comfortable to sit and relax in the room. One or two armchairs would have made it much better.

We loved the large room and comfortable bed & pillows. The bathroom and shower were big and clean - good water pressure. No weird smells. The staff was super helpful and kind. Very close to the metro and loads of restaurants, boulangeries and supermarkets nearby.

We arrived an hour early hoping to be able to check-in but we had to wait until 2pm - for our room and parking. Fair enough. Our room was quite humid (no fan in bathroom). The toilet seat was broken, so it pinched us every time we used it. Not fun! Also, we had a cappuccino from the lobby machine (while waiting for check-in) and it was basically hot milk, no coffee in it what so ever. For 2.50eur, not cool.

Staff was lovely, location is awesome, parking was available. Clean sheets, nice breakfast. Well this place could be my favorite in that price range in Lyon.

Bed was mediocre, and as always hairdryer was as bad as it could be. I mean it worked, but took me eternity to dry my hair. Also keep in mind you might need to book your breakfast the day before. Although I was told that to do so, I got no problem with breakfast in the morning. Lovely lady from reception took care.

- Friendly staff who spoke excellent english. - Hotel right next to subway station and literally across the road from a 24hr supermarket - 15mins walk from the Rhone Express Airport Tram stop, and the city centre - Free Luggage storage when you check out.

- The air conditioning cooling function had apparenlty been deactivated by the hotel as they were expecting bad weather the week after my stay. It seems bizarre that this is possible and to do it when the average temperature during the day was 26C and 16C at night. It would be useful if this was explained to guests when they arrive so they don't get confused as to why the cooling button is blowing hotter air than the heating

Large room, basic in terms of quality but satisfactory. No major complaints about cleaningness. Perfect air conditioning (on a really hot day). Common spaces basic but pleasant. Parking (11 E/day) was easy and efficient, the lady at the reception explained clearly where and how, so it was really simple. I have asked for parking space in advance (from other comments that appears to be a must, but there was plenty of space when we were there) Loading/unloading space at the entrance to avoid longer luggage struggles. A two minutes walk to the underground station to take you to the centre. Breakfast was basic but fully satisfactory. Overall, a fair 3 stars hotel with good quality/price balance, absolutelly no reason to avoid it if we ever come back to Lyon.

Not being able to contact them by phone (on the number provided by Booking). Having more than 3 towels available for 2 persons would have been nice, since we don't like to share them.

The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. I felt safe at the hotel. A supermarket is right across the street in case you need something. The hotel is close to a metro stop to get to the rest of the city (or you can just walk). You can also walk to/from the Gare Part-Dieu train station in about 15/20 minutes via neighborhood streets (totally safe).

Regarding the different lighting in the room, one couldn't just have one light on; it was all or a little bit more, or nothing. But it was fine. This is just a small thing.

very near to metro. big room and no carpets in the room. the breakfast is ok. parking avalibilty. special thanks to Agnes in reception, she is very helpful and she gave us good recommendations where to go and live areas for eating and walk around .we bought a city card for two days, so many attractions are free, you need to make reservations for boat trip which is free because of city card but you have to make reservation in the tourist information office and also for the tower of cathedral. we also bought hop on hip off for one day.

Hotel is located near from metro station (about 100m) and 3 stations from Bellecour station in city centre. Around hotel are shops and restaurants, all kind of styles. Hotel is very comfortable, clean and staffs are very friendly. Breakfast are very tasty.

Everything was okay. They were very helpfull for last day before leaving with storage of luggages.
