Very convenient for Lyon Part Dieu. Quiet room overlooked station. Very easy to get around city from hotel, via tram and metro. Welcoming and helpful staff (who spoke good English). Comfortable and spacious room, and good buffet breakfast. No problem leaving luggage at the hotel for the day before we took an evening train to our next destination.

Although they accepted our request and never found it in their system, they managed to find a solution by giving us a bigger room to avoid any issue. Breakfast was the best I have experienced in comparison to any other travel I have been to. Organization of the hotel was top of the line. And the personnel was really helpful and polite. I would totally recommend it!

We made a request through booking to have 2 rooms close to each other and separate beds. The hotel accepted our request but when we arrived they told us that the request wasn't there. Also a fridge to the rooms seems necessary.

The staff was very helpful, and extremely friendly. There was a water fountain (still and sparkling), coffee machine and fresh pastries (pain au chocolat and croissants) in the lobby. They had a wide selection of food for breakfast. The room we stayed in was spacious, with a kettle and safe. It’s less than 5 minutes to the train station and lots of public transport options nearby. NB There are 3 ibis hotels in the vicinity of the train station, so make sure you head to the right one!

There weren’t lots of electrical outlets all over the room, they were on one side of the bed and at the desk. If you opened the window, you could hear the announcements from the train station (we were staying on the 9th floor). Still, a very pleasant experience overall.

Transportation was very easy. When you leave the train station, you turn right and VOILA! :) The staff was very helpful. Henri is Turkish :) This was a great suprise for us, he helped us very much! Even if they don't have slippers and bathrobes in the room, they delivered them in minutes on our demand. The family room was really big and clean. The baby bed in the room and the baby chair in the breakfast hall was also clean as if they were brand new. Breakfast is wide variety and delicious. The 24hr-open coffe corner, with the croissants and pain au chocolates was wonderful. Since the hotel is really closed to the train station the area seemed not very safe, but the preacutions were taken by the hotel management, you have to ring the bell to enter the building.

It really has to be a mini fridge in the room in order to keep water bottles and baby food cool. The water fountain next to the coffee corner is a great service but people put their own bottles' heads directly touching to the fountain in unhygienic way. Maybe a warning would be helpful. The area seems a little bit unsafe.

The staff were really friendly! There was a prompt response about allowing our dog at the table during breakfast. I asked about post offices in the area, the staff printed out a Google Map to the nearest one and gave me a large envelope 😄 There are a lot of large umbrellas in the entryway that we were allowed to borrow - incredibly helpful in the rainy weather. And I LOVE that there is a water dispenser with carbonated water in the lobby! Every hotel everywhere should offer this <3 The super convenient location right next to the train station was great - unfortunately there was a lot of construction on the other side of the station, which was awkward to navigate through.

I didn't need the map printed - I think we kind of misunderstood each other, but it was a kind gesture nonetheless.

The staff very helpful, friendly, beds are great, pretty good breakfast with fresh made croissants, well seasoned potatoes, great waffles and coffee, the room was extremely quiet and you can not beat they are located super close to the train statation, just cross the street and the train will take yuo directly to Lyon airport :) oh and the restaurant food for dinner was delicious, kudos for the amazing bacon and sparragus risotto! cold water, tea, coffee and microwave available at the entrance :) and the smell when you first entrance to the builiding, love it!

At hotel reception there was free tea offer. As Turkish, I have habit to drink black tea in the evenings and this was so nice gesture to me. I would like to mention woman receptionist whom I requested specific English breakfast tea she was so nice and all the way smiling when she fulfil my kind request. It may look like small gesture but this type of small gestures make a place nice😊

Location just outside Lyon Gare Part Dieu, really convenient if you arrive by train. Also within easy walking distance to Les Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse. Good and tasty breakfast options. Clean room and comfy bed.

Unfortunately, wifi was a bit sketchy in our room. The air conditioning was pretty weak, so it got a bit stuffy at night, as it was rather warm outside.

Convenient location next to train station and well connected with rest of the city transport. Room facilities are fine with solid sound proof windows Breakfast was good, maybe not with a lot of variety, but good. Staff helpful with making room ready as soon as possible and with luggage room when needed.

Slightly not value for money, but generally pretty solid.

Prime location for those traveling to/from the Lyon Part Dieu train station -- this hotel is located directly next to the entrance of the station, as well as the rental car companies attached to the station. Despite being in such a central location, it was quiet and we had a good night's sleep. The room was very clean, modern, and efficiently furbished with all necessities. Parking is conveniently located in the building's basement. I would gladly stay again when in transit.

The laundry service was quite expensive, but it was a standard rate shared among the 3 hotels next to each other (in the same large building); there were no laundromats nearby.
