The room was quiet and the little built-in kitchen was handy. Windows that open fully. No noisy air vents or bright lights at night, even the tv was completely dark when off. The shower was built with tall people in mind. Staff were super friendly. The location is great for train travellers, as just a short and safe walk from Part-Dieu station. There are restaurants, boulangeries, and supermarkets within 5 minutes' walk.

The whole building is showing its age a bit, with signs of lack of maintenance, although none of it was a problem. There were no accessible plug sockets near the bed - there was even a bedside lamp that was not plugged in (but the bed had built-in lights that were sufficient).

The hotel, although basic, had everything one can need, especially for a short stay like ours. The staff was very courteous. The location is rather good, close to a metro stop, 3 stops from the center. Free parking during the night (19-9)& Sundays available on the streets nearby. The breakfast was surprisingly good. The space is quite limited so there isn't so much choice, but the products offered are of good quality (yogurts are bio, bread is fresh and tasty, good viennoisseries). We slept well, there wasn't any noise.

It was a bit cold in the room, but I also didn't bother to check how this could be changed. I would have liked instant coffee to be offered in the room, besides tea.

Nice and clean. An elevator in the building, friendly staff.

Kitchen equipment was very basic, for heating food basicly, not so much making. Also there was not so much equipment for cleaning after cooking.

The hotel is easy to reach from the Part Dieu train station and at 15 min walking from old city center. There are plenty of places to have a coffee or eat in the neighborhood. checkin was smooth, chekout same and I could leave my luggage there until afternoon.

It is a low profile hotel, nothing special, no plug near bed. Furniture can be updated , bed was fine. I had only one incident having a scandal in the room next to me and needed to intervine myself at 5 am , didnt had a phone in the room to call the reception .

Great solution for a 1 week stay, the tiny kitchen really helps. There's also a coffee machine. Good place for people with allergies, turned out we had floor panels instead of carpet. The balcony was great and to be honest I didn't even know we would have one. We stayed with a dog and it was okay, not much grass around, but this is not uncommon in Lyon.

We had a twin room with a kitchenette. We were beside the lift and expected it to be noisy, but it wasn't. The staff were lovely and checked us in early. The location was a 15 minute walk from the train station and a good 20 minute walk into Lyon. .

The kitchenette had largely what you need. an electric kettle was included in the kitchen, with tea and coffee, but no milk. We couldn't figure out how to work the microwave as we were unsure if it was broken.

The location was nice, close to metro station, around 20 mins walking from gare, Auchan in 5 mins. Personnel were friendly and efficient. Room was clean but there was no room service during the stay

The bed was super hard, I had neck and back pain the whole time… but of course it’s just my issue. My friend was completely fine. Also there was no kettle and no hair dryer in the room. They provided tea bags but no instant coffee

The parking of the hotel is directly communicated with the Hotel through the stairs, which is very useful to leave big bags in the car and take only the necessary stuff . The parking is totally closed to the public so it looks safe. Although rooms look a bit wore out, they have closets and tables to use as desk. The most impressive was the kitchen provided with fridge, pans, plates, glasses, cuttlery , microwave oven and electric stove. Just everything you need to cook if travelling on a budget. TV had an option for chromecast .

Since the key card of the parking door is the same as the room door, you need to leave the hotel with your car after checkout, there is a mailbox in the parking to leave the key card. Not a big problem actually , since Lyon has a lot of parking spaces , but it would have been perfect to leave the car there for a couple of hours more.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, and the bed and room were comfortable. They provided me with the room at 2 PM instead of 4 PM, and I truly appreciate their flexibility when it is possible.++

I believe the room could benefit from some maintenance or renovation, particularly in the bathroom.

Very comfortable room. Very clean. Soft sheets. Climate control (which I didn't happen to need, but good to know it's available). Good kitchenette, including refrigeration. Quiet. It was a nice feeling from the moment I entered the room, after being warmly treated by staff at reception. The outside patio on the ground floor is a pleasant option in warm weather, not something you have everywhere.

One lamp to supplement the overhead (which wasn't plugged in), left the bedroom dim. It would definitely help to have a second lamp, one at bedside, the other at the desk. Stronger overhead lighting if that is possible without rewiring. The elevator was really slow in the morning (not much can be done about that, I think). The location is middling, 15 minutes to walk from the train station, more than that from Place Belfort. (But the metro is a few minutes' walk away.) Note: my "likes" are a lot stronger than my wishes for improvement.
