Water dispenser at the lobby

the bathroom looked abit dated. the corridors' ceilings were exposed so you could see pipes and everything. Didn't realise that the city was making many road works, so quite a number of roads around the property had transport diverted or stops moved. It would have been nice for the property to update this on their listing so guests can make a better decision in choosing.

The room was too hot and the cooling system didn’t help, we had to open a window into the atrium. We didn’t know that this property serviced the rooms only after 7 days; we were able to ask at reception for clean towels and more toilet paper.

The rooms are compact but quite practical. They have a small but really functional kitchenette, with a small coffee machine and dishwasher. A quite spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Not bad soundproofing. The rooms are clean. Super friendly staff. There is a luggage storage at reception.

Would have been nice to have power socket near the bed, but not critical. Public areas in the hotel could use some refreshment, but this is clearly due to heavy use rather than neglect and is a purely cosmetic issue.

Very easy access. Friendly staff. Spacious apartment. Well situated. Good value for money.

The apartment was not in the best condition but everything worked fine. We were there for only two nights and it was fine.

The receptionist, Alexandre was kind, helpful and skillful. This was my first time staying at Appart'City Classic but got a impressive feeling. Therefore I selected again Appart'City Classic Geneve - Gaillard for my staying for 5 nights on November 29, 2024.

The gifted breakfast in compensation for the kitchen sink not working was a really nice gesture. Breakfast was nice. Staff are friendly.

Please install sockets near the bed: we need to plug the phone near the bed! The lights in general are not nice.

I loved the location, large room, warm bedding and coffee machine as well as the friendly staff!

The bathroom really needed a shower curtain, and it would have been good to have more coffee capsules in the room.

When we came to apartment, maybe because it was the light festival, the staff surprised us with free hot red wine, and a free bottle of wine as well:)) excellent service! The layout of the apartment is also amazing the sofa bed is very very spacious and comfortable.

I loved the duvet and gorgeous idiosyncrasies of the room, including.the kitchenette!

The shower needed a curtain and I think there was meant to be a small couch in the room but there wasn't. It would have been good to have more coffee capsules for weary travellers too!

Lots of space in the rooms, fantastic staff and met all needs.

Maybe the rooms could do with some painting, but not a problem.
