The hotel is located right next to the metro, which was very convenient. There’s private parking available for €15 per day. Pets are allowed too, for an additional €15 per day. The room had everything we needed — the bed was comfortable, the linens were clean, and the room itself was spotless. the bathtub placed in the bedroom and the toilet located in the living area, not a big issue for 1-2 nights stay. The kitchen was small but well-equipped with everything necessary. Overall, everything was great and matched our expectations perfectly!

Very well located. Metro right there. Convenience store, cafe, restaurant, friendly neighborhood. The room was cleaned up every 3rd day. 24 hour front desk with English speaking friendly staff

The light over the cooker did not work and though I reported it, and the staff was very friendly and responsive but it was not corrected (or correctable?) Made the room a bit dingy. You need to carry your own supplies of moisturizer/ hand lotion. Also some soap for hand washing in the kitchen - only dish washing liquid is supplied. There is a common laundry room and you can take your clothes and iron them there.

The staff was very nice, we went for the Eras tour concert and they put in the lobby a bunch of beads to make friendship bracelets, along with some made friendship bracelets we could trade. They also put some sequences to put on your face. Overall a great location (on the metro), close to a bakery and a supermarket. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They also let us keep our luggage after checkout for safe keeping until our train/flight out of Lyon. They gave us directions were needed.

No air conditioning in the lobby, so it was hot and smelled like cheese because the kitchen is near the lobby.

It was clean and quiet hotel, so I rate it very well.

I think there are two things that need to be fixed: firstly, there was no heating system, but a portable heater, and on cold days it was a little difficult to heat the room, and secondly, if there was no money on the card, you could not to make a reservation because even if they agreed to pay in cash, they were seriously obliged to block the money on the card. So if you didn't have money on the card, you couldn't make a reservation.

It was neat, clean and quiet, so I rate it very well, except for the two things that I would like to mention.

Due to the fact that the hotel was not busy at the time of my arrival (and a heatwave in mid-July) I got an upgrade to a larger room, which was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. I did not use TV or kitchen but the apartment was exceptionally comfortable for working in one room and sleeping in a different one. I did not use the fans (there was no AC in my particular room) but opening the windows was enough to get some breeze, hot as it was. The decor is slightly dated but the room was very clean. The entrance to the metro B is literally in front of the hotel entrance (just one stop to the ENS campus). While the first staff I met was a bit curt and unhelpful (just informed me to wait until check in time), the second was competent and very polite.

Just the somewhat indifferent attitude of the first staff I talked to - just an unlucky first meeting as most of the other seemed rather nice.

We liked the location, it felt modern, free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are supermarkets, bakeries around the corner and a nice playground for young kids right next door. Parking outside the hotel was easy (but maybe this is because it was summer). The appartement is perfect for one or two days. It was very clean and had almost everything you need (ok, we cooked there and missed a proper knife :) )

The apartment was clean and practical. We have small kids. There is a playground right under and the public transport was in front of the door. Restaurants and supermarket also close by.

The apartment was a bit outdated but everything functional. They don’t have heating but provided small heaters that worked well for the room.
