We were only in Lyon around 12 hours so didn’t see much of the hotel or area but had a nice stay overall. Parking was good, if not a little long winded to get to and the staff at the hotel reception desk were friendly.

We decided to get a bite to eat in the restaurant and my daughter being 4 and picky only wanted cucumber, was a bit mortified when we got the bill to find we’d been charged for a full price adult salad (around €13 if I remember correctly) for a bowl of cucumber. Personal preference but the windows were like double windows but there was no barriers and you turned the handle to unlock them, which made my stomach turn as my daughter’s sofa bed was directly next to the window, so we ended up moving the sofa bed away from the window.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Very nice buffet breakfast. The hotel is clean, quiet and very convenient for families. Located in the nice neighborhood of Confluence and only few meters away from tram station. The staff are kind especially the restaurant staff who offered breakfast boxes to my kids as we were checking out very early.

It is far from the old town. But having a tram station right behind the corner makes it very easy to commute

At my arrival I got a room which did not fit the original description (as per images in booking and room size), after being in contact with the reception for about 30 minute or more. They managed to change the room. Certainly they did a good job in the end, but I simply did not hear any comment why I got a smaller room. On Friday night there was a loud noice coming from the restaurant area or garden till 1am.

Very comfortable and quiet. Swimming pool open although weather not cooperative! Very good breakfast, and evening meals that we took. Close to the Confluence, parc de Gerland and Berges du Rhône - great for running! Small gym on top floor with good view.

Minor issue was that keycard for room needed to be reset several times. Annoying that you could not use stairs instead of elevators.

The room was very spacious. The bed was soft and comfy. The bathroom was clean and spacious too. The location of this hotel was also great. It was close to a tram station and to the Musee des confluences.

Not much in particular. Perhaps if I had to really suggest a thing to improve, it would be for the gate call to be more responsive. I was in the taxi and the taxi driver called in for the gate to be opened. It took more than 5 minutes to get a response while the taxi meter kept on running. It would be more ideal if the gate call was more responsive.

The staff were very helpful. It’s a nice place to stay. Comfortable beds. Clean. They have an average restaurant that made it possible for us not to have to take a taxi into town for food.

I thought from the description that the hotel is close to old town, but it is far away. It also does not appear to be in the best part of town.

The suite was very comfortable for travelling family of 2+2. Expect limited options for breakfast but enough to choose from, all very fresh and high quality products! Fantastic back garden with a cosy pizzeria/bar. Swimming pool was a great option to relax after long travel! Play room for children was very useful during the dinner. I agree, that this hotel is a bit outdated but we did not miss anything and they seem to be working on updates.

The staff seems to be a little grumpy. Maybe the manager (who by the way was very helpful) could share with them some tricks of how to stay positive and bring a better vibe to the hotel.

The staff Kevin and the lady at the time of check in on May 31 st were really good with handling the process and made us comfortable. Similarly the bar man was very helpful to me and my wife every day of our stay. The breakfast was too good. We would come again in few years.

Recreational activity in the hotel to be improved, breakfast can have some more items on Egg side if possible/

We took the breakfast which was great (but a bit croweded, I wonder if it becomes too bad if the hotel is full. The Gym was quite with very nice machines, but just a new of them, so, when more than two/three people enter you are kind of full. For the price, we had a more than excellent stay. The proximity to the Confluence Museum (excelent museum) and the neighborhood (beautiful gardens to walk around) was good too.

It looks like the building is being renovated (or had just been) so there are some fixes on the walls which are ugly, not in the rooms (we rented two and they were great). We could not go to the beach because of the weather, but that, of course, is not the hotel's fault. It seems like a small beach though. We had a new difficulties of entering/exiting from the garage. Something clearly to improve.

Breakfast was good. Your traditional fare of dairy, fruits and fry up. While only a small buffet, it was very well thought out and I particularly enjoyed the variety of superfood/grains that were on offer.
