The hotel is beautiful - modern and clean. The hotel is right near a shopping centre and near a tram stop. The bed is very comfortable and we were given free access to the jacuzzi. They held our luggage at reception until check-in. Some of the staff were really lovely.

We had two encounters where we thought the staff were quite rude. One of the men seemed very blunt and cold with us but very friendly with other guests. Another time was when we went to have a coffee after checking out and the lady asked us “what do you want” in a rude tone - unsure if this was a language barrier but they seemed unwelcoming. Check-out is at 11am but the cleaners come earlier so you feel rushed to leave.

The staff were super friendly. The room and bedding were comfortable and clean. We didn’t get to use the spa facilities so I can’t speak to their quality. We also didn’t try the breakfast, there’s a lovely café, just down the street that offered breakfast at a really good price.

The bathroom lighting was terrible. The light comes from behind the mirror. If you wear make up, you’ll be putting it on by the light of the window in your room. My own fault for not being familiar with the area, but the property is not close to the main attractions downtown but public transport was easy to figure out.

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful and spoke English. Our room was on the 4th floor with a lovely garden view and it was quiet. The hotel is very accessible for people with mobility problems. The location was great - 5 mins walk to the trams, the Confluence Shopping Mall was just a block away, there are a number of good restaurants and bars nearby. There's a bakery just opposite the hotel's main door selling delicious croissants etc and a Lidl supermarket across the road.

I missed have a fridge in the room.

Probably my favorite hotel when I'm on a business trip in Lyon ! Adorable, helpful staff. Beautifully decorated hotel, with full comfort, great bed, big TV screen, nice bathroom. Very nice breakfast, with a good variety of products, in reasonable quantities (I don't like it when a buffet is so stuffed that you know things will end up in the trash...). Great location, a couple minutes walk from the tram, 20min from Gare Part-Dieu.

My room this time was a bit on the smaller side, and right next to the elevator. But the hotel is overall quiet (no comings and goings all night long), so it turned out OK.

The hotel was very comfortable and spotless. The metro is just a few minutes' walk away, making the city easily accessible. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had the breakfast on the second morning and it was tasty and good value for money.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to have a drink on Saturday night as there is no bar in the hotel except for alcohol served with meals. There is a bar next door where guests are usually directed to but there was a private party the night we wished to attend.

Requested parking when making my reservation and assumed that this would be made available, although I never received a confirmation or any response back.. While my request was in their systems, the hotel failed to fulfill it and showed that the parking manager and receptionist were misaligned, leading to disappointing check-in experience. When I travel, I usually leave my electronics (laptop, etc) in the hotel room safe. However, the very small safe in the room would only allow for.phone -sized items.

Very modern and new hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood. The room size was perfect for our stay and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The location is over 20 minute walk to the main square, although there are various transport options close by. Despite mild weather outside, the air conditioning was turned off to the entire hotel during our stay, making the room very hot and difficult to sleep. The hotel advertises a coffee machine in the room however only the first pod is complimentary, so we did not use it.

The hotel has a very nice location. It's within walking distance of the old city and close to nice modern shopping areas and museums. There are many restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was good. I missed veggies, but they offered a variety of fruits (and, of course, cheese, meat, yogurts, and eggs). The room was small but clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a room on the first floor with windows facing the street, so it was impossible to sleep without earplugs; sometimes, cars would stop under my windows playing loud music at night. The room was a bit small and also I had to keep curtains closed as otherwise people from the street and the building across the street would see everything, so it was also quite dark.

I had a nice stay at Keystone hotel and spa - greeted by friendly, helpful staff and stayed in a comfortable, quiet room. Also enjoyed using the spa facilities (jacuzzi/steam room) and morning session in the basement gym! Besides that it's about 30 minutes walk down the river with great views of the city, towards Vieux Lyon (old town) and decided to run it and see the sites that way! There's a restaurant next door for dinner / breakfast if you want to include that on top.

Certainly good value for money. The smiling and kind staff is the best of the hotel. The Spa and massage services are also very good with kind and professional staff. I will certainly come back. Well done!

One morning there was a bit of panic in the service of breakfast but there was one person missing. They dealt with it in good mood and kindly accepting the problem. The rest of the days all went fine.
