Location and A/C were very good. Breakfast was quite good. It was clean, and the facilities were good.

The main problem we had -- and you cannot fault the hotel for that -- was that the elevator broke down while we were there, and we were on the 6th floor! The forced exercise was appreciated, but also a little burdensome. Perhpas the hotel could have done more to get the elevator fixed more quickly, but it is understandable there may have been parts needed to be delived from out of town,

Location was excellent. Hotel is located on the Place Carnot with lots of great food and drink options within walking distance. It is also right next to the Lyon-Perrace Gare Routiere, a major public transport hub for the metro, trams, buses and trains. Super friendly staff that were multilingual. Breakfast was a buffet not included in the room rate but could be purchased for 14.90 Euro through the front desk,

The Wifi was spotty at best. Even though it said it woul remember you log-in, I had to log-in every morning and anytime I left the hotel. Room was small but comfy. Bathroom was tiny. I'm 6'0" and 175. When sitting on the toilet, my knees almost hit the wall in front of it. No safe in the room for valuables.

Fantastic location only metres away from the bus/train station. The hotel opened right onto a beautiful park/central square. Very attractive, ornate looking building from the outside and very modern and sophisticated inside. Clean and safe room, comfortable and soft bed, fast elevator and the young lady on the front desk was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again...great value for money that's for sure.

There wasn't much space in the room, not a big problem really.

Was ripped off by taxi arranged by hotel.. he took a long winding route thru narrow streets, added an extra fee above the meter reading because we made a reservation and dropped us by the road where we had to walk down a hill dragging our suitcases when other taxis were dropping their clients right beside the boat. Suggest you advise your front desk to complain about this driver. It ruined an otherwise wonderful experience. Our pick up was 11:30 am on October 1st 2024.

Has elevator and ac. Very close to the station. But they need to share directions to get to the hotel from station because google maps takes you on a 10 minutes walk when it’s literally a 1-minute walk. It was very complicated to get there from the tram way without directions.

WiFi rarely worked. Very noisy as there’s a bar downstairs. No sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors

Excellent location, close to public transport, bars, restaurants and attractions. The personnel was nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and essential, good enough for a long weekend.

Bathroom: the toilet seat was a bit uncomfortable, and the shower had no curtain or door, therefore after every shower the floor was flooded.

We arrived at 11 pm for our first visit 2024 Feb 01 to a friendly welcome from the night receptionist. The hotel is on the north side of Lyon Perrache train station, on the elegant Place Carnot - one minute on foot from trains, trams, buses and metro. The hotel is recently renovated, and everything is classy and super clean. Luxury hot shower, a coffee machine in the room, and a good sleep between clean sheets and quilt. I feel lucky to have spent 4 nights here in the wonderful city of Lyon.

I can't think of anything I would change in this hotel.

The hotel is located right at the metro and therefore, good to reach. The sights are also not too far away and easy to reach via Metro. Restaurants were nearby as well. Everything was clean and the room itself had a decent size. What I like best was the super friendly staff and the amazing playlist played by the receptionist.

The rooms were not very modern but a bit oldish and the bathroom was extremely small.

we decided to stay here becuase it is near the SNCF station , sadly some idiot decided to redevelop the main entrance so we had a half mile walk to get in. Note rail;way stations are for travellers not propertt developers

Location and proximity to Perrashe station. Room comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows.

It would be good to have a small refrigerator. There is no door on the shower, so water goes all over the floor. It is therefore impossible to reuse the towels as suggested because they have to be used to mop the floor.
