Excellent central location, easy walk to many key attractions. 1st floor so easy to access, secure apartment. Enough space in single bed sit kitchen room, plus a bathroom.

The lack of WiFi was a negative. Apparently it has only just stopped working, but it restricted how much we could find for ourselves. Accept that our stay included a weekend, but 3 other days and nothing happened. The information states WiFi is included, but I have gone over my contract allowance using mobile data. (No streaming of music or video)

Fantastic location, easy access to transportation, good shops/cafe's nearby and a short walk or quick train trip to Old Town. Host provided great advice for things to do and see on arrival. Cooking and kitchen facilities available, although I didn't need them with all of Lyon's restaurants! Check in and check out process was quick and simple.

Nearby some sort of school or daycare which was a bit noisy around 3-5pm. But it's just kids having fun so no big deal. Perfectly silent in the night hours when it mattered.

Great location in a very nice area. Easy to get to the main sights. Large airy room with comfortable bed. Adequate kitchen and bathroom. The hosts were fantastic. Very pleasant and helpful.

The bathroom is in need of a refresh especially the shower. Some have commented that it’s noisy near the school but that’s only for a short time each day and they are happy noises!

Great location, 3 mins walk from metro station & less than ten to Bellecour sq. Stayed in the small double which was enough for us as out sightseeing all day. Clean, bright & plenty of storage space.

Street noise from about 7am but you are in a working city. Didn't bother us as wanted to be up and out early.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is also good. A very good wine bar is just across the road. Fresh pastry awaits you in 50 meters.

It seems that water supply system or boiler is bit noisy

Great location, it was very close to the metro station. The apartment had everything we needed. The lady was very nice, she gave us lots of helpful advice.

The room is spacious, the location is in the city center and very near to the metro, the staff was kind and very helpful

It’s location was great, it was recently renovated and it was large

Convenient location, plenty of space in the room, quiet, table and kitchen facilities. Supermarkets close by for groceries.

Main issue was the wall heaters. When it got too warm during the night, we couldn't work out how to turn it down, despite going to the web and reading the manual there. The icon display on the heater LED display is so small we couldn't identify them. This isn't Avy's fault - it's the design of the heater. Avy had explained briefly how to operate the heating, but we realized we didn't understand when we tried it. We found how to shut off one heater, and left it at that. We didn't follow up with Avy as things were ok after that. Avy did respond when we had earlier questions. The shower could do with an extra panel to avoid wetting the floor, even when being careful. More international channels on the TV would be good.
