We received a warm welcome from Gael. The indoor swimming pool was a nice treat after a long drive. The house and gardens are a little oasis once you step through the front door. Unfortunately the wet weather meant we couldn't enjoy the outside areas as much as we would have liked but Gael served us a lovely breakfast in the dining area. The house would be great to share with friends.

As the house is outside of Bagnols you definitely need a car to be able to explore the surrounding area and if you want to eat out.

This is an absolute gem hidden away outside Lyon offering a truly exceptional stay. Drive from the UK to anywhere in Southern Europe and you need this pit stop to recover for the night before continuing the following morning. Your host Gail is ever attentive to your every need and really great company as his passion is désign and architecture. The beds offer a fabulous nights sleep and you wake feeling totally refreshed. We will be back soon.

Nothing it is delightful. There are works in progress in places but only to remind you that when you return it will be even better

So well thought out for every comfort. The host was so friendly and couldn’t have done more to make our stay so pleasant.

The tranquility! I couldn’t hear other guests and felt like it was so serene. It was the best sleep of our entire trip.

Nothing, everything was fantastic! Note you need a car unless you want to spend a fortune (as did I) to get around — just to Lyon was 85€

Great location amongst the grape vines. Quirky . Work in progress as adding more to the property. Had a menu to choose from for dinner, then had it delivered to our room with a bottle of local wine that was lovely cooked. Gael the owner was nice and passionate about the property he is restoring. Had fab breakfast .

There was building work going on in gardens that didn't interfere with our stay.

A luxury small country house with attentive friendly owner and perfect for my dog who could wander outside in the secure courtyard and garden. Lovely room and bed

A fabulous, gem of a place that we just happened upon as we were passing by. The unique French/Moroccan vibe decor was amazing, super clean and friendly hosts and located in the middle of vineyards. the private indoor pool. the really awesome bedroom with all facilities and many attentions. the meals deliver service. a must!

A Little hard to find BUT we had a very Nice stay and the kids loved the pool

our room onto the courtyard was great - very comfortable. we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was exceptional - delivered to our room. our host Gael was charming and helpful.
