We need to leave the key every time we go out. When we return to take the keys, the staff did not check if we were really living in that room, we only need to say our room number. Anyone could have taken the keys and entered the room

We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near the Perrache bus station. After arriving very late at night, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from the receptionist, which made us feel instantly at ease. Our room was quiet, clean, warm, and cozy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a great option to store luggage after check-out, which was especially helpful for those leaving the city later in the day. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We would have appreciated to have a kettle in the room to make some tea or coffee in the morning.

Nearby from train and bus station. Nearby the city center. The room contained all the necessary things. A guest can leave a luggage after check-out and this is really help us to walk around the city before our train without all of our stuff.

The room provided a bar of soap instead of liquid soap, which was somewhat inconvenient for the following reasons: - Opening the soap packaging is difficult, especially with wet hands. - It is not eco-friendly: if a guest stays for just one night, most of the soap remains unused and is likely discarded. - Additionally, without a soap dish, the soap bar starts to dissolve and looks untidy.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location — just a short walk from the city center, which made it very easy to explore Lyon on foot. We also appreciated the convenience of the paid parking at the nearby train station. The breakfast was good.

the rooms are quite small, which is fine for a short stay but might feel a bit tight for longer visits. Also, the bathroom drainage could definitely be improved, as the shower water didn’t drain properly during our stay.

The staff was very kind and welcoming, they helped us with all the questions and resolved inconveniences very fast. The room was cozy, everything was working (hot water, toilet,AC). The location is great super close to all the restaurants, old town, and all kind of local shops.

The cleaning could be improved. Overall it was good, the sheets were clean but the blanket and on the bathroom door there were hair from previous guests.

Great location for city sightseeing. Breakfast offered. Vending machine for drinks and snacks. Bed comfortable. Fan in room. Electric blind on window. Towels were clean and still warm. Staff very helpful.

No 4 was a very small room. Couldn't open the door because it hit the bed. Shower head was pathetic and hardly any water came out. Behind the door in the bathroom was dirty and in need of a upgrade. Dirt by the side of the bed. Our car had a window smashed in the street. Could have easily happened in the car park too.

Great location, clean room, and very friendly staff. Needless to say, the room and facility were clean and comfortable. Furthermore, every staff member we met was so friendly. Two men can speak fluent English and that helped our communication well as I know only a little bit french. I'll definitely visit this hotel again when I come to Lyon again. Also, one man seems to be a fan of Japanese anime and studies some Japanese. We especially enjoyed talking with him as we ourselves are from Japan. The only thing I regret is that I didn't exchange our Instagram account.

A communal seating area for guests outside of normal hours to allow access to other people would be a great benefit, even by adding additional seating & tables in courtyard or using dining area better. This would also be great for someone returning from a long day of sightseeing to read a book, browse on line, mingle with others, rather than having to go to hotel room to lie in a bed.

It was my first time in Lyon, and I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel! The best of all is the staff, they are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is small but very cozy, you feel at home. I highly recommend including breakfast, as they offer a variety of very good, freshly made local products. The location of the hotel is fantastic; it is less than 10 minutes walk from the train and metro station Perrache and 30 minutes walk from the center of Lyon. It is also close to lively restaurants and bars. Hautement recommandé!

Perfect location with all members of the staff team friendly and helpful. The hotel delivered more than we were expecting from some of the reviews many of which were historic before the hotel went through a refurbishment with we would assume , a new management team. 24 hour reception was also very good with identity checks in place when returning late before handing over room key.
