A comfortable little hipster hotel, super nice and helpful staff and very clean.it was easy to park nearby; despite the location near highways it was quiet. Also right next to the fabulous Brasserie Georges!

The neighborhood is a little sketchy and walking at night out of the immediate are requires going through some not-great areas.

We chose this location based on its proximity to the train/bus station for our travel to and from Lyon. The room was clean with a great vibe! We were traveling with our young adult daughters, so the separate room with bunkbeds was perfect for us to have our own spaces. The bar/restaurant attached to the hotel was fun, too! We had dinner and watched live jazz music the first night we arrived. It was very easy for us to get around town from this location.

This property suited our purposes. If we could change anything, it would be to have this property closer to "downtown" Lyon, but that isn't the properties fault.

What a fantastic stay - staff were all super helpful and friendly - even the cleaning staff in the lifts and corridors. Pretty much at the Parrache train/bus/tram station which was super convenient (we arrived at Part Dieu, the tram left straight outside and comes into Parrache. We walked EVERYWHERE from the hotel, but again having the tram and train station was a good option. And yes the jazz bar was wonderful (as were the staff also) The aircon was a relief in 34deg temps! Lyon is expensive so this is a good budget option. Beds were comfy too!

The room comes with an electric jug, and tea and instant coffee available from reception, if there had been a small fridge in the room this would be the only improvement.

This hotel is very conveniently located near Lyon Perrache train station and close to the city as well. The rooms were a good size, and ideal for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and leaving our luggage with them to explore the city was easy. A late check out of midday was also appreciated. It is part of the ACCOR group, so if you want ALL points, you need to book direct.

The immediate area is a little down-market, as often the precincts around major railway stations are. However there was plenty of acctivity in the area, so you didn't feel particularly unsafe. No restaurant at the hotel on a Saturday night, and the next-door famous Brasserie Georges had a big line up, so bookings seemed essential there.

The hotel is located near Lyon Perrache train station, so close to the center (around 15min walk). Easy to access. You can park either outside of the hotel or at a Q park garage where the hotel has some discount.

The choice of the breakfast is limited, even if local products are offered. Regarding the parking itself, I got told immediately by the staff to go to Q park as the worker stated it was not safe to leave your car in the area....whereas plenty of cars were parked outside. Seems hotel gets some commission form the Q park partnership

The staff were really lovely. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed and they were very sympathetic and helpful. My room was good sized, the wifi worked well, the breakfast was fine, and the location made for easy exploration (although I would ask for directions if you're coming by public transportation, as the Perrache area is a bit confusing).

Really, nothing bad to say about the property. I would certainly return in the future.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Very good quality breakfast for a reasonable price. Free coffe, herbal tea and water available all the time in the reception. Clean rooms with sanitary amenities except slippers. Very close proximity to all means of public transportation. Strongly recommended.

Getting to the Hotel from the Perrache Station might be confusing and getting the most efficient directions from the Hotel Staff might work better if you are new in town.

We stayed for one night as a family and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The beds were cozy, the facilities worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, making our short stay stress-free. Perfect for a comfortable overnight stop — highly recommended

The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing. Our purpose of staying there, was that it was 3hr away from our final destination Val D’Isère. The breakfast was really lovely the next day. The room was big enough for a family of four. I can’t fault the room, but we were there less than 12 hours. If we were on holiday in Lyon, the hotel is located for sightseeing near all the restaurants.

The hotel had a quirky vibe, based in the jazz era, with lots of memorabilia to check out. They also offered a reasonably priced breakfast, and were helpful in organising a taxi for me when I was leaving. The bed was comfortable, the towels were fantastic. I would stay again

The room was quite small, with nowhere to open or leave your suitcase, and there was no refrigerator, but these didn't detract from the stay. A little maintenance may be needed in the shower, the hose to the shower needs replacing as it leaks and doesn't give good water pressure, and the shower curtain could do with some bleach or replacement, they would be my only suggestions.
