The hotel easy to get to from the airport via the metro/trams. The room was clean and comfortable, and I was so thankful for the air conditioning given the hot weather. This hotel was set up more like ones I am used to in the USA, with towels, plugs/outlets near the beds, a breakfast included, etc. The staff was friendly and provided great ideas about what to go see and do - I spent a lovely evening in Lyon between larger portions of my trip. Speaking of the breakfast, it was wonderful and provided a wide range of choices including gluten-free bread…the first I’ve seen in a hotel in Europe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Nothing. The only disappointment was finding out there weren’t many restaurants or night life in the immediate area.

Check in straightforward. Good size room, very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Not a lot of interaction with staff but always friendly and helpful. Room very clean and maintained so during stay, excellent housekeeping. Very convenient location. Hotel very quiet. Location very quiet.

The coffee machine and snack dispenser were out of order and not fixed during stay. Not something that we would have used much so not really a problem but I guess it would be useful for them to be working.

It's a very good option if you want to stay not far from the railway station and also be not that far from the city center. 1. The room itself was fine, but I guess we got a bigger room, thanks to the staff! Everything was clean and pretty comfy, but of course don't expect anything special, it's just a fine room for b&b concept, so no kettle, fridge or anything like that obviously. However, you get a comfy bed, shower gel and shampoo and a clean space. Also you have a coffee machine downstairs (not free but anyway) so if you need some tee you can go there anytime. 2. Location is really fine, it took us about 10 min by feet to get from the railway station (Perrache). If you need another railway station, you can use a tram, which is also very fast and comfy (about 15 min by tram). If you need to get to the city center, it'll take about 20 min by feet, but we enjoyed that walk :) Old town is pretty far though, but 40 min and you're there. 3. Staff was very nice, thanks!

There was nothing to dislike, but I guess for the value it could've been a bit cheaper.

A modern hotel , clean and comfortable, safe to stay, easy walk to public transport and peace walk by river side , staff are helpful .

Employee was so lovely, especially Tatiana at lobby. We had bought wrong ticket from Rhonexpress webpage, she helped us so much to cancel it. It was clean hotel, everyday towels are changed. Location was close to rhone river and university. It is also close to tram but we always walked. So, it was good for us. It was silent also. They also keep luggages after checkout. It was also good to see around a bit more till our flight. Before I booked this, I seached too much. People suffer from not cleaning rooms, noise and dangerous street etc. This one was good.

I can not say I didnt like, just maybe there can be hotel flip flops to walk around easily 😅 Rooms are a bit small but, it was okey for us. 3 nights and everything was good.

Perfect location if arriving early for a river cruise. Had very low expectation for this holiday as it was not expensive. However we only needed basic overnight accommodation as we arrived at 20:00 and were leaving at 10:00 the following morning to join our ship. I have to say that although basic, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable and was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent. I have used this chain before in France and very impressed there too.

The location with the 2 tram lines were handy. It was a quiet spot in Lyon. The hotel was clean and had a secure check in. Reception was 24 hours which was handy. Some small cafes and a few laundromats were also close walking distance. Rooms were clean but a little on the small side

Just not a lot of space in the rooms. OK if you don’t have a lot of luggage, but we were carting about luggage for a 6 week holiday. We pebbLy should have packed less 😂. The Neighbour hood that the hotel is in is quiet and a little boring. We would’ve booked over the other side in the old part of Lyon next time.

The room was very clean and well-equipped even though it was small, it was not really lacking for anything. The location was convenient to get to Bellecour and Perrache and not that far from Part Dieu, with lots of nice breakfast options in the neighbourhood.

We had 2 individual beds and they felt quite small, a slightly bigger duvet would have been appreciated!

The eggs were terrible, to my way of thinking. The bacon was very greasy, and didn't agree with the bite I took. Sitting in a warming pot of grease. Bleh The terribly, time beside table on one side. The other side is twice as big. Why would anybone think that's a good idea? It's not!

It's a great location. Close to everything (walking distance) but not in a "touristy" section. Breakfast was okay, certainly adequate. The front staff was very helpful

You can't control the temperature in the room. At least my thermostat didn't function. I just opened up the window to cool it off. The shower head had a problem and sprayed water everywhere. There is no way they cleaned the shower and didn't notice this.
