The place is good for the price, Pros: Staff is very attentive, room was clean and organized, and a very close walking distance to great places and old town we didn't have to take the bus or anything to discover that part. If you have a late departure by your train or airplane after your check-out, they have a baggage room so you can go amd enjoy a bit more before departing (there's no lock or special rack to secure the bags, everyone put them all together in the same place and you just open the door when you're going to pick them up) Tip: they offer a $10 breakfast, it's good, but there's also a nice cafeteria 2 blocks away which offers also good food.

Cons: If you arrive too late, the hotel is located 2 blocks away from a very not looking area and reported pick pockets we never went to that side (not related to the hotel but something to consider) The air-conditioning in our room didn't work, on previous comments they said they're doing some renovations, that's all good, but the amenities should be updated when they are ready to be used. In conclusion the place has AC but doesn't work. It's a bit noisy when people arrives late, you can hear the elevator, people opening doors and entering rooms.

Great location, one can go through the city either on foot or by public transport easily. Keep in mind, though, that the neighborhood might be considered challenging, especially in the night, if you are not expecting it. The staff was very helpful when we had a warm water issue and were ready to even change us a room. The issue was, however, solved. Good value for money.

The room was a bit outdated, and the bathroom needs for sure a renovation. A shower curtain and a longer battery would be for example great.

The room was cozy and good size, bathroom was larger than I expected. A little noisy on the street below lateish into the evening, but I slept well all three nights nonetheless. Very good location along tram line that connects between two train stations and close by to metro as well. Optional breakfast offered, no need for booking that beforehand. Friendly staff.

Would've liked a shower instead of a bathtub. Room was a bit hot at the end of the day, but also cooled down rapidly when opening the window, and there was a fan provided.

I enjoyed staying here for its location within walking distance of the historic center. The T1 tram is an easy way to and from the main train station. I enjoyed talking to the staff and getting answers to my questions about tourist information. Everyone was helpful. Room was large and comfortable breakfast was fresh and delicious.

I suppose it might be nice to have a great panoramic view of the Roman theater but that’s not nearby or a view of the nearby river.

Clean quiet rooms, window facing internal houses of other people who were all very quiet. Safe neighbourhood although it is a university area.

Neighbouring rooms rowdy at night but that is no fault of the hotel management. There were only 5 coat hangars.

Really nice rooms, clean and large, comfortable beds, location (2 mins from tram), breakfast, staff were super helpful. Handy to roman ruins and other nice locations, handy to supermarket. Easy to get to and from the airport. Great atmosphere and authentic feel about it.

No tea or coffee in the room. A few more restaurants nearby would be nice. It was little noisy after midnight but the windows are double glazed so easy to block out.

It was a nice loft apartment. Great city view. Excellent bath/shower. Nice TV. Very comfortable bed. Neighbourhood was mixed culture. Some handy bars and restaurants. Supermarket 50 metres away. Trams very easy to use. You can walk to the city centre about 1.5 Kms.

It was a bit difficult to get to the room inside the hotel. Not good if you are mobility impaired. The neighbourhood was not touristy but more local so may not suit everyone. As a traveller I liked it. You need to have a credit card to pay the 2 Euro City tax so be prepared. Cash not acceptable.

Central, very clean, friendly

Only one criticism; when I knew that my train was delayed so that I would arrive after midnight, I sent an email and tried to phone three times to check I would be able to get in. Nobody answered. Now, in fact it was fine when I arrived at around 00.30; there was someone there (and he was very nice) but why not answer the phone?

A little bit rough outside.

Hotel was good. Had to change rooms as my initial room had a very strong smell of smoke. Office staff did this without issue even though the cleaner argued that there was no smell. As a recent cancer survivor I was disappointed with her attitude.

Attitude of cleaner. The area was not that pleasant.
