The room was very nice, clean; comfortable bed, teapot, plates, refrigerator, everything needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is also nice, even an egg cooker for personal preference :) They say that no cleaning is done under 7 nights, but they still take out the trash and make the beds, so thanks for that too :) Easy access to tram and a supermarket and bakeries close by. For a budget hotel, definitely one to bookmark for future trips!

Breakfast could use some vegetable in it... at least a cucumber or tomato maybe. Large mugs in the room would also be a welcome addition, for tea.

Location was great. Within walking distance of river and our river cruise. Burger restaurant right next door was serving food even though no one else was. They also had non meat, non dairy options. It met our needs.

Road noise right outside the room but we were 1st floor on a street. We also hate the European sheets that are attached to a heavy duvet... But everyone seems to have that. Room is too hot with the sheet/comforter and we couldn't open the window because of road noise. Most restaurants were closed on the weekend when we were here. Eat at the airport before you arrive if it's Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Everything was great. I loved Adagio Access Hotel and I would recommend to everyone to stay there. There are several factors I really loved about the hotel. 1) The personnel is very polite, patient and kind. They help you whenever you need it. They speak both French and English. 2) The room was very clean and comfortable. Every day they did cleaning, threw away the trash. In addition, I should mention how I loved the bed that was really very soft and comfortable! 3) The presence of air conditioning system is one of the most important factors. 4) It is important that the location of the hotel is very good. There is everything you need next to the hotel: shops, tram and bus stations, pharmacies etc. 5) In that hotel there is an elevator and a room with sofas where I could wait with comfort until my room became ready. 6) The breakfast is very tasty and well-prepared.

I cannot say there was something I did not like, however I would like to give some recommendations. 1) Firstly, it would be nice to make the breakfast more various (i.e., preparing something different every morning rather than offering the same menu). 2) Secondly, that would be nice and even I would say more than necessary to install a bidet (or an alternative like a small shower or a toilet jug with water) in the bathroom next to the toilet.

All the staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. Although I considered the room to be self-catering a daily cleaning team came in and left fresh towels etc, which was a welcome surprise. With temperatures in the mid to high 30's the air-con was a Godsend and wasn't turned off while I was out, which made it nice and cool on my return. Handy for local food shopping, there was even a LIDL, close by.

Not really much to say, I only cooked a couple of times as Lyon has so many fine places to eat. But there was no extractor fan, which meant I had to open the large window and made the room really hot.

A comfortable room with a lot of space, cleaned every day. There is an in-built kitchen, which is very useful. I was lucky to be placed in the only room with balcony :) As I came to the university, the location was ideal for me. The hotel is next to Lyon 2 and Science Po, and crossing the University bridge one gets to the city center. There are lots of cafes/restaurants with tasty food around the hotel.

The only thing that I found disturbing was that the street was quite noisy until late (12:00-1:00 am) and from 6:00 am, which is certainly not the fault of the hotel.

The rooms were big, comfortable, and spotless. There is a small, convenient kitchen if you want to save money during your stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of public transportation around. The staff was kind every time I needed their assistance.

There were small things that did not diminish the quality of the hotel. In the first room I stayed, the air conditioner stopped working during the night and I had to move to another room the following day. Breakfast is good, but sometimes we had to wait for a replacement.

Even though the room is quite minimal, it has everything you could need for a short trip, including a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom with a hair dryer. It was very clean, had a functioning radiator for heat, and the wifi worked well. I feel like if I wanted an ironing board, they'd likely having it downstairs. They also had public transport passes at the front desk.

The door wouldn't lock unless I slammed it close, but it wasn't a huge issue. The bed was mostly comfy but on the harder side.

The location is convenient, with both the metro and bus stops nearby. The area has great amenities, including many restaurants and supermarkets. You can store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late, and the front desk staff is always available to assist with any questions. The room is spacious, and you can cook for yourself. It's very comfortable overall, with daily cleaning service provided. Overall, it's a great experience.

Very close to the city centre and to public transport, safe area, friendly staff (one of them was a fan of the band we went to Lyon for and we had a wonderful chat 💖 hello fellow atiny), rooms were very clean, beds were comfy, the internet was surprisingly good

Everything was fine. Wish our tv was connected to the internet so we could watch YouTube in the evening but that s really nothing compared to how good everything else was

Bed very very comfortable, kitchenett is very functional, free dishwasing pack at the reception, lidl grocery shop 5 mins away, staff very helpful, washing mashine and dryer available for extra 5 and 3 euros which includes the laundry detergent. Small but good size of fridge. Good AC.

Room a bit too small, plates and utensils were not clean, had to wash them before using any. No freezer in the fridge. Booking didnt show that there is extra city tax they collect there when you pay.
