Everything was beyond expectations. The room was very spacious, it was cleaned impeccably and the towels were changed daily. There was a variety of options to choose from breakfast. The location was excellent, close to the metro station Jean Mace, but you can also walk to Place de Bellecour in max 20 min. The train station is quite close to discover other beautiful cities in "La belle France". Unfortunately, during our stay it was boiling hot (temperatures of 40-41 degrees), but the AC worked flawlessly being a refresh return in the evening from visiting.Also during the night the room remained cold even if the AC was closed. I will definitely come back and I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Lyon. Thank you very much Adagio Access Lyon!

Everything was great.

Nice room in convenient location of Lyon. We benefited from air-condition as summer in Lyon could be very hot. Place had all what is needed to stay for a week. Cleaning lady was coming every day. The area could be a bit noisy in the evening due to few bars in neighborhood. However all was ok, and if you close the window all is fine - hence not in negative comments. Hotel has washing machine for people who stay longer ...and that is great. Overall good accommodation.

A bit strange to fulfill the request to leave kitchen clean when no sponge or washing up liquid were provided. Not many tourists travel with equipment. Needless to say I manage to leave it clean :-). If you do not like heights it might be not for you as the building is tall and narrow.

Conveniently located nearby tram lines and walking distance from the heart of Lyon. Many eateries and bars surrounding the property. Apartments are comfortable with a functioning kitchen, fridge, bathroom, desk, table and bed. Rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels are offered. It’s also pet-friendly. Staff were attentive and provided early check-in because a room was available.

Although there are on-site washing facilities, it is quite expensive, and the dryer does not work. It is better to use the laundromat down the road. Kitchens could be better equipped with a chopping board, sharper cutting knife, and proper bowls.

The room was very nice, clean; comfortable bed, teapot, plates, refrigerator, everything needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is also nice, even an egg cooker for personal preference :) They say that no cleaning is done under 7 nights, but they still take out the trash and make the beds, so thanks for that too :) Easy access to tram and a supermarket and bakeries close by. For a budget hotel, definitely one to bookmark for future trips!

Breakfast could use some vegetable in it... at least a cucumber or tomato maybe. Large mugs in the room would also be a welcome addition, for tea.

Location was good, within walking distance of the main attractions and close to the university. Tram line 1 helped us get to further places and offers a good option to get from the train station to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough to spread out for a week-long stay. The kitchenette allowed us to eat in the room (when our schedule did not allow us to sample some of the excellent restaurants in town!). The A/C worked very well at a time when it was direly needed given the heatwave outside.

Location was great. Within walking distance of river and our river cruise. Burger restaurant right next door was serving food even though no one else was. They also had non meat, non dairy options. It met our needs.

Road noise right outside the room but we were 1st floor on a street. We also hate the European sheets that are attached to a heavy duvet... But everyone seems to have that. Room is too hot with the sheet/comforter and we couldn't open the window because of road noise. Most restaurants were closed on the weekend when we were here. Eat at the airport before you arrive if it's Saturday, Sunday or Monday.

Everything was great. I loved Adagio Access Hotel and I would recommend to everyone to stay there. There are several factors I really loved about the hotel. 1) The personnel is very polite, patient and kind. They help you whenever you need it. They speak both French and English. 2) The room was very clean and comfortable. Every day they did cleaning, threw away the trash. In addition, I should mention how I loved the bed that was really very soft and comfortable! 3) The presence of air conditioning system is one of the most important factors. 4) It is important that the location of the hotel is very good. There is everything you need next to the hotel: shops, tram and bus stations, pharmacies etc. 5) In that hotel there is an elevator and a room with sofas where I could wait with comfort until my room became ready. 6) The breakfast is very tasty and well-prepared.

I cannot say there was something I did not like, however I would like to give some recommendations. 1) Firstly, it would be nice to make the breakfast more various (i.e., preparing something different every morning rather than offering the same menu). 2) Secondly, that would be nice and even I would say more than necessary to install a bidet (or an alternative like a small shower or a toilet jug with water) in the bathroom next to the toilet.

All the staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. Although I considered the room to be self-catering a daily cleaning team came in and left fresh towels etc, which was a welcome surprise. With temperatures in the mid to high 30's the air-con was a Godsend and wasn't turned off while I was out, which made it nice and cool on my return. Handy for local food shopping, there was even a LIDL, close by.

Not really much to say, I only cooked a couple of times as Lyon has so many fine places to eat. But there was no extractor fan, which meant I had to open the large window and made the room really hot.

Room was great, the location was fantastic for my purposes - a conference at the university, literally 3 minutes away. Also walking distance to the centre of Lyon if you have plenty of time. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious. It was easily reachable by tram and metro from the airport

The only slight problem was very low water pressure ( or maybe a broken shower head?) though I have short hair so was enough for me.

A comfortable room with a lot of space, cleaned every day. There is an in-built kitchen, which is very useful. I was lucky to be placed in the only room with balcony :) As I came to the university, the location was ideal for me. The hotel is next to Lyon 2 and Science Po, and crossing the University bridge one gets to the city center. There are lots of cafes/restaurants with tasty food around the hotel.

The only thing that I found disturbing was that the street was quite noisy until late (12:00-1:00 am) and from 6:00 am, which is certainly not the fault of the hotel.
